I just moved to New Westminster from Ontario. I came to this location an hour before close on Friday March 18th.I was pleasantly greeted by Elena who assisted me in finding the perfect mattress all within 45 minutes. We discussed my budget and were able to find a demo mattress at a dramatically reduced price. She then organized the delivery that worked for my schedule!She is absolutely wonderful I would recommend you give her a call if you are ever looking!

I have had some unsatisfactory mattress purchases in recent years and when it became clear that I needed to replace my current mattress a friend recommended Sleep Country.Right from the first time I entered the store the service was excellent they asked me what type of bed I preferred and then guided me to try 3 different brands at 3 different price points to contrast the mattresses.I ended up purchasing a Purple mattress a brand that I had never heard of prior to that.I was so pleased with the mattress and service that Elena provided I subsequently purchased an adjustable bed, pillows and sheets.I can strongly recommend Elena and Sleep Country.

came here 3x already to purchase Purple mattress and more bed accessories for a king bed. they have pillows, sheets, covers, encasement, etc. but sadly they don't have the pull-up storage bed. they only have platform, base beds with headboards, and the adjustable ones. good deals if you come across one.we come here to see also how the beds get used alot so you can project how sturdy they are in the future when people have layed on them numerous times. sometimes some mattress are not hypoallergenic. make sure you research your mattress.best thing about SC is that they are big so you can hold on the delivery date for lots of months until you figure out what date. you also have 100 days to try out a matterss. for returns you have to pay $80+ something so they take the mattress and the money you spent can just go to buy something else and just pay the difference. make sure you ask about more promos and deals bec they can make the price lower for sure.so far all the agents man and woman who was here in this store were eager to help us out and did a good explanation of the materials on the mattress and such. but we already knew all the information bec we researched extensively before coming over.

Can't stay enough about our customer experience" with Sleep Country Canada. We decided to replace our 15+ year old bed with a split-queen adjustable bed and found one we liked at Sleep Country. I had a great experience with the salesperson Doug! I am a new grad and was moving to my first apartment and looking for a bed and a mattress. This was my first time buying my own furniture and have been shopping around and Doug was the first salesperson I encountered that was not pushy and very helpful in making me sure I found a comfortable mattress and bed along with a good deal! The delivery process also went very smooth, delivered on time and the free installation service was quick. Sleep Country exceeded my expectations and will be recommending them to family, friends and coworkers.

I purchased my first mattress here and was assisted by Doug. I am very happy with the service he provided. I didn’t feel pressured since it’s my first time purchasing. He’s warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I cannot commend it enough.When I received my mattress, the delivery men were also friendly and sociable. They made sure to call me an hour prior delivery and even called me again when they were 15 minutes away (as I requested). There was a minor hiccup when they forgot one item that I bought. But, dealing with Doug, everything was dealt with smoothly.Overall, the place was neat and organized, I am happy with my mattress so far andthe service I received from this location was pleasant and stress-free! Today, my husband and I had our first mattress shopping experience together here in BC. It was nicer than I anticipated. Elena made our experience a really nice and easy one to go through. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on mattresses quality and comfort. This made it easier for us to make the decision. We where able to stay close to our original budget.Highly recommend this place for future mattress shopping! They also have different bedding accessories. I loved the body pillow( I think is called the cuddle pillow), that will be my next purchase here, hopefully soon!Free parking on site is always a plus.Hurry, take advantage of the 10% sale, only today! We bought our mattress 96 days ago.. Cutting it close to their 100 day satisfaction guarantee, we were worried about having a hard time with exchanging our mattress. Unsure of the process. Elena helped us and made the process easy.She helped us get the right mattress after listening to dissatisfaction with our current mattress.She didn't force us into a mattress we couldn't afford. She paid attention to our needs.Great service, will definitely come back in a couple years for an adjustable bedframe.
