As a first time home buyer, Al walked me through the entire inspection process - noting anything and everything - and answered all the questions I had. We hired Al a second time after we ended up not buying a home based on the first inspection he did for us. Al was really thorough but also practical. He'll raise any issue he finds but also give you some advice as to how to deal with it and whether it was worth raising with the seller. Al is very knowledgeable and experienced. I felt like he was very honest. Overall, he is a great value in that he spends a lot of time and provides a detailed report but also he will can help you from taking on a big surprise or mistake.

I had the pleasure working with Al due to my relator. She highly recommended him and it was one of the best decisions I made in the home buying process. From beginning to end of the inspection Al took the time to look over EVERYTHING in the house. He thou rally explained everything he was looking at and would ask me frequently throughout the inspection if I had any questions. I was very impressed with the detailed and lengthy inspection report I received from Al the very next day. The report included tons of pictures he had taken during the inspection as well as very detailed notes throughout the report. Their were no surprises what so ever in my report as Al addressed everything with me during the inspection and went into further detail at the conclusion. I was looking to buy a home in West Falls, NY.Al responded back to me quickly after filling out the online form. He explained his credentials and the way he does business.The day of the inspection, I showed up about 15 minutes early, Al was already at work. He took the time to explain to me what he looked at and the issues he found.As we both went from room to room, Al explained to me what he was looking for and answered any questions I had professionally and honestly.A couple days later, Al sent me the report. The report was thorough and easy to follow.Al was very courteous and personable. I would highly recommend All House Home Inspection to any of my friends and family. When I arrived to the house for the appointment Al was already on site inspecting the exterior of the property. Al was very clean and courteous in the home and all covid19 safety precautions were strictly followed and maintained. Throughout the inspection, Al was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained all of the issues that he found as well as how to best correct them. He answered all of my questions and also followed up to make sure that we fully understood his report after he sent it to us. He answered any additional questions that we had at that time and he even provided us with recommendations for professionals to complete the needed repairs and maintenance that he identified. If I ever need another inspection on any other property I would definitely hire Al again!

We have used All House Home Inspection twice now. I'll never use another one unless Al decides to retire. We've had 6 home inspections over the last 15 years so have had many different experiences.Some like to go through without too much interruption so they can get through house quickly. Al brings you with him throughout the entire process explaining exactly what he is seeing both right and wrong. He takes photos of everything and delivers the report complete via email. It is extremely thorough.He follows up after the inspection to see how things are going and is always very helpful and willing to answer our questions after the inspection is over.Probably the thing that for us differentiates All House Home Inspection is that they are willing to offer advice, give you an idea of the cost to repair/replace, and even give recommendations on who might be able to do the work. Having that trusted source of advisement is why we will never use another home inspector. We have had inspectors in the past who would answer every question about how much some repair might cost with you should get a professional to come in to give you a quote. I can only tell you that it needs repair."

Al was fantastic. I did my research and called 6 other recommended inspectors, all of which had 5 star reviews. I chose Al based off his demeanor on the phone, the time he said he takes for the inspection and his prices.Al stated he took 3-4 hours to do the inspection when the other inspectors I called stated they took about 2-3. While doing my research, it was recommended that an inspector spend 3-4 hours in an average sized home. So Al was the only one that met that quality.There was no disappointment. Al was on time and very professional and personable. Each time before moving to the next room, Al asked if we had any questions and answered each one in full detail. His recommendations and knowledge gave us peace about moving forward through the home.Once the report was sent over, Al also answered any and all questions we had about the report and spent 40 additional minutes on the phone with us to explain all of our questions, and he did it happily. I am so impressed and will be recommending him to everyone and will only use him in the future. If you’re in the southtowns and in need of an inspection, save yourself the stress of pondering who to choose and go with Al. You won’t be disappointed!
