The people who deal with covid cases are a joke- trying to get information from them was ridiculous, every person passed you off to the next person so they didn't have to answer your questions.

Reception was rude but mostly for those who have dogs we’ve been told to bring in ticks to public health to test for Lyme disease when it’s a black legged tick. If you’re a dog owner we don’t need someone to tell us it’s that kind of tick. We need to know if it has Lyme disease and if it’s in our area. Apparently you don’t test anymore just identify. You should put that on your website you don’t test anymore because no where can I find that and I wasted my time and lost out on work bringing a tick in.

I called for information in regards to vaccines. They were AMAZING. They all went above and beyond to answer my questions. They also provided me with guidance and support to get things started. Thank you so much.

Thank you for listening to my complaint regardingPeople not warning the required “Musk”.when in common areas such as shopping in this particular location “Food Basic at McLeod”Niagara Falls by the old Canadian Tire. That couple were in the thirties well aware of what is happening and laughing and talking. And obviously spitting into all the products.I asked them why? they told me “so what”I asked the cashier she said it was nothing she could do. So I did what the “Post Man”is doing“walk out” Without delivering the mail. In my case without doing my shopping.I went to Walmart they followed the rulesSo is Cosco the other Food Basics, ComissosLococo, the Dollar’s, Pharmacies.Keep wellGloría

Had an awful nurse at a hospital visit. Prioritized her scheduling needs over my request to come back later, saying I was her last visit. Rude, unhelpful, and the entire survey was a waste of my time

The people working here are angels. I was rushing to get my COVID-19 test results before taking a flight, and after my first call and explaining my case, they were all mobilized to get me my printed results on time while accommodating for all restrictions and regulations we were bound to. Million thanks to Niagara Public Health champions.
