I've bought a sofa from Sofa City Mfg in a third-party store and the salesperson ordered the piece with details different from what I actually wanted. I got in touch with the store to mention the inconsistencies as soon as I got the item and they put me in touch with Nikhil, from Sofa City Mfg, to solve these. He was very helpful and assisted me despite the fact that the sale had already been completed - usually when everyone disappears. Overall, the sofa is of great quality and the after-purchase service was also pretty good.
