Horrible experience. Not accessible to people with disabilities. I called two days ahead to make sure I was prepared, walked 40 min there to find out they have a pile of pretest I should have done. I start getting emotional and these 'nurses' antagonized, condescended and made it worse. one even said they'd tell their manager on me...is that a threat? Will he fire me?These people should no longer be called Nurses, they are corporate mosquitos that acted heartless to someone who has a horrible life.

Went in for blood and urine tests.Very kind staff. No appointment needed. In and out in less than 15 minutes.Down side, one have to pay for parking.

I have a test that needs to be completed. It is a two part test. The parts need to be completed one hour apart. This clinic closes at 4:30 most days, which works for me as I work until 3:05 Monday through Friday and can get to the clinic by 3:15. On December 5th I arrived at the testing centre before 3:30 and was told that they could not complete my test because I did not have an appointment and it would be after 3:30 when I was called in for the first part of my test (due to the line). This was irritating, but I didn't have an appointment and so I understood. I was told at the time that if I made an appointment for before 3:30 they would complete my test. The first appointment that was available that I could attend without missing work was December 14th. I counted down the days. Today I arrived for my 3:20 appointment at 3:16. They took many walk-in patients ahead of me and then told me that they could not complete my service as it was now after 3:30 and they would be unable to complete the second part of my appointment. I'm not clear on the value of making an appointment if they do not honour appointments and take walk-ins instead.

This is one of the best lifelabs around Ontario to go to and I will drive over an hour to come here. The staff is friendly, professional and are experienced with challenging veins and draw blood with no issue. They give me confidence to calm my fears to get my test done every 3 months. I highly recommend this location

The nurse who drew my blood was extremely friendly, gentle, and efficient, so I was quite happy with that. The facility was also very clean and well-maintained. However, I would like to recommend that the Stone Rd. location improve their signage, both outside and inside the building. It was my first visit and it was not clear where I had to go, from what building to go in, to what door to enter, to which unit was actually LifeLabs versus the Medical Office. In addition, until the pandemic ends, it would be great if the security guards could be more strategic with managing lineups. Staff were calling names of patients who had an appointment and I almost missed my name because I had been told to wait outside the door (given how many people were lined up to get in). Lastly, I guess one of the tests I did was not very common and I could hear the staff trying to figure out what it was, resulting in delays and being asked to pay for the test again even though I had had to pay to even get the requisition form. If the LifeLabs website states that a test can be done at any LifeLabs location"

**** Charged for a test that was covered by OHIP***No refund offeredI had an appointment for blood work ordered by my Dr and he had advised me that there was a charge because advanced test was not covered by OHIP.When I arrived they charged me the fee and sent me to the cubicle. Once the tech came in to do the blooodwork she said I dont know why your Dr thought this test was not covered...it is?" And I said "Can I get a refund please" and I was advised that because IT WAS ON THEREQUISITION..... that it was not possible...this makes no sense to me that a family Dr would dictate how and what is covered under OHIP blood work and what the clinic charges in a private lab setting....common sense would say...oh this test is covered

I have difficulty with needles sometimes but the nurse who helped me out was very friendly and distracted me with conversation. Very clean facility and there’s a tv that monitors wait times. Very pleased and recommend this location! :)

For many years I've used this location. Staff are brilliant & friendly, BUT, their landlord has now placed the parking behind control gates. Now charging $3 for 1/2 hr. Visit. More if your visit goes over the 1/2 hour, which is quite conceivable if they are busy. I won't make my appointment for this location again.

Staff is busy nowadays, but kind to all patients coming in..It's a good place to have some tests done..Clean, maintains social distancing and fast service

Today was my first time going here and I could not have asked for this experience to go any better! I am hugely terrified of needles the lady that did my blood work (I really wish I remembered her name, she was a blonde lady) she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel SO comfortable and reassured even taking the extra mile to put me in the other room so I could lay down when she seen how nervous I was.Would definitely recommend if you’re as scared of needles as I am!
