Worst quality (everything single item I bought had issues), unreliable merchandise. And the warranty service was even worse. Wouldn't refund my money. So now I'm out a few hundred dollars, with some toy" merchandise that certainly isn't suitable for BMW

My inquiries were responded to (over email) very promptly and Ed from Bimmian even went beyond working hours to help me make a purchase decision. I put though my order and it was shipped out the same day and moreover my package was delivered overnight. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of their product. Neil Landis the most unprofessional and lacking customer service I've ever experienced. How dare you sell me a product that didn't work and then charge me shipping to replace a defective item I bought from you in good faith. I hope the $20.00 you charged me to ship a replacement item makes you happy. As a business owner I would be embarrassed to even ask a customer of mine to pay additional fees if I sold them a bad item, but obviously you could care less about what people think. Don/t buy here if an item is defective YOU WILL have to PAY for shipping to replace it. They don't stand behind their products and their customer service sucks Buyer beware!!!

Hideous. If you order from them, they will send you the absolutely wrong part, and they Will NOT TAKE RETURNS-YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH EXPENSIVE PAPERWEIGHT. There are hundreds of honestly earned NEGATIVE REVIEWS out there, and I can tell you each one is well deserved. Whatever product you are considering purchasing is readily available from other vendors--just type the part you want into the google search engine, and you will find plenty of other suppliers, any one of which will be infinitely more honest and reputable then this bait-and-switch band of swindlers.

Ordered some lighting upgrades back in August of 2015 and the customer service I received then was top notch. I had an issue with one of the products a few days ago (2017) and emailed them hoping they could help me out. Not only did they help me out but the interaction that I had between David was fantastic. He answered any and all questions I had both promptly and effectively, and helped resolve my issue with ease. I was also impressed with both their customer oriented website and their easy support system.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a product over a year ago and just recently the bulb failed, so I reached out to them and let them know. They responded within minutes and sent me a replacement bulb! This company and their staff take exceptional care of their clients! I highly recommend using them.
