My wife ordered (skip the dishes under Joey's) 2 fish & chips dinners & a side of Cole slaw. The Cole slaw was off (bad) & tasted off. Called Rosie's advised them, they were sorry & offered an extra Cole slaw for next order. I said there will be no next order and asked them whoever prepared the order to taste the coleslaw & dispose of it.

Great atmosphere but the place was really really run down. We had to switch tables 4 times before we found a table that was suitable. The first had broken chairs, the second was dirty and also a broken chair... more along those lines. But the service was great and the drinks we reasonably priced. I would go back but only for the karaoke! Love me some karaoke!

Awesome place ! Exceptional service,the waitress was super friendly and nice she is very good at her job can tellshe enjoys her job.will definitely recommend going here the kareoke was super good too very upbeat and alot of fun ,even the regulars in that bar were free really friendly .was a nice place to go to have a drink and have a little bit of fun.

This was my first time going to Rosie’s and I was very disappointed.Stacy the manger treated myself and many other guests very disrespectfully.I would like to start off by saying I was the sober driver this night.We live 20 minutes away and we were looking for a karaoke bar to go to. As per the website it says open till 2am on Saturdays.We showed up at midnight. A bunch of others were already outside complaining how Stacy was shutting down the place early because “she wanted to”.I am unsure if this is a regular occurrence that she shuts this place down early despite there being multiple people who still wanted to be there and the place still being busy.There were at least 25 people still in the bar. We asked why they were closing and she was very short tempered, rude and confrontational.The only positive thing about this whole experience was the male staff who understood our frustration and attempted to try and convince us to come again and hopefully this won’t happen again.

Rosies is such an amazing place! And so unique! There are 2 separate businesses to order food fromWhen you walk in, it's very welcoming and the staff are amazing!What a great long standing business in Sherwood Park!

Came for karaoke, great dj, but the female bartender was very rude and took my drink order when I came in, but didn't come back for over two hours and when I approached her for a drink, suggested I was giving her attitude and still didn't offer me a drink.Definitely weird vibes and terrible service, I'll only be back for karaoke, but won't be expecting any kind of customer service.Lots of money ready to buy drinks, if only she'd ask.I'd give a worse review for service if I could.
