I'm writing my experience being a pre own car customer of new market Mitsubishi. I brought a 2018 Model Hyundai Elantra from there in last month sept 2020. I don't have any knowledge to check the car before buying it. I trust the safety certificate. Within a moth (18 Days), the car breakdown and shows battery weak. I called the service center to fix this at free of cost and they asked about $300 to buy a new battery. I don't make that as a issue and buy a new battery from the Canadian tire and fix that myself.Today I serviced my car from Hyundai service center and they inform that, a tire in my car is 10 YEARS old and cracks on them. Moreover, the service advisor told that, the seller put this old tire just to pass the safety. When I found the cracks, I afraid that, what all parts they put in my car to pass the safety.I guess the car battery was also an adjustment to pass the safety because how a 2018 model car's battery drain within 2 years!

They have been overcharging me for years and lying to me. They Quoted me on things that were broken and needed to be replaced implementing fear if I don't do it then I will get towed. They said I needed to replace the left outter tierod linkage end for my steered wheel. They said it will lock up while driving then i will need to get it towed because its loose and needed also 4 wheel alignment for $410.19. And they said I need to replace my mufler too for $1021.I couldn't afford it so I went to a licensed mechanic for a second opinion. He told me that my car did not need any alignment there was nothing wrong with it, the steering wheel the tierods were fine didn't need to be replaced. And he charged me $327.70 to place my muffler and gauge to put a new one.I discovered that Mitsubishi dealership has been overcharging me and lying to me for years. I ended up paying them $379.71 that day for an oil change and replaced my transmission fluid, which they did not do a good job and left it leaking and didn't even clean it properly. The other machanic said they did a sloppy job. Warning ⚠️ To other women who are getting ripped off. Do NOT GO BACK THERE!!!

I bought the 3 year old PHEV here. They adjust the price for me and It was a very nice touch. I like this car and it works without any problems, but when I decided to change my winter tires on the tires from the car, Costco refused to do it, because one tire has a side patch(see photo). They sold me a UNSAFE car and my 3 kids and I were at risk during summer time. I went to the dealership to complain, but the manager refused to do anything. Of course, the first time I figured it out was when I changed winter tires to summer and it took several months. No excuses, no even discount for maintenance I did. I cannot rate 1 star, because the sales person was very nice and helpful when I bought the car. So 2 stars only.

All praise goes to Albert Budd whom I had the pleasure to work towards my new car purchase yesterday.I was very impressed with his courteous manners and professional support. Extremely disappointed.Brought my vehicle in two months ago while my vehicle was still under warranty. Had an issue with dash and center console lights intermittently turning on and off. Paid $170 diagnostic fee, which I can understand, however, I was charged $250 not exactly sure why, to fix the issue while my vehicle was still under warranty.Two weeks ago the same issue started up again, brought my vehicle back, had to pay another $170 diagnostic fee, but now I’m told there is supposedly another part that needs to be replaced.Now I am left with dash and center console lights not working at all, can’t see the buttons at night, and I’m out of pocket $590.I feel this is just a big money grab. Very reluctant to go back for any more service.

Time and time again I have had an excellent experience. Terry Spalding the service manager has provided me with an outstanding customer service experience year after year. Anytime I have any questions or concerns he always talks me through the service process. Even though I have other Mitsubishi dealerships located closer to me, I always take the trip to Newmarket Mitsubishi for sales & service.
