Rahim Mohamed is apparently very arrogant and rude. Without allowing the other person to even finish the first sentence on the reasons for the business call, he cut the phone line very rudely. I wonder how he is a director of a sports association. Grooming is important to shed off out of the woods manner or perhaps foul play that we see in soccer.
