She answered all our questions and offered even more information about our prospective vehicle. We test drove and were SOLD! On the day of pickup, our vehicle was spotless and ready for its new home! Megan then spent a copious amount of time, answering questions and teaching us how to comfortably drive our new purchase! Excellent service from this Honda dealership. In July I (an American mom traveling solo with her two young daughters) found myself with a check engine light on my Odyssey about 40 minutes outside of Sault Ste Marie. I had the tow truck tow my van to Great Lakes Honda on a Sunday and Monday morning begged them to help me as I was basically stranded until my car got fixed. Despite only having one mechanic working that day and having a full schedule they squeezed me in and got me fixed up in such a way I could return to the U.S. I really appreciated the great service as I was not sure how I was going to get us all (me, the kids and the car back) over the bridge.

Never ever will recommend this showroom for detail and service. Never believe their words unless you get a pre-written note on what they are gonna do. Else, try with Highland Ford collision center or try bodyshops in GTA!
