St Gregory the Great Catholic School

Overall my school experience was not very pleasant. The teachers definitely picked favourites, and would Mis-treat non catholic students.

Good school, some teachers are strict.

We having been looking forward to a K-9 school in Blackfalds !! My son attended St.Gregs for grade 5 and it was awesome to see they have a basketball team! We also love family groups, having all the grades come to together like a community! Those little Elementry students look up to the big kids. The lunch program is wonderful as well and the staff is welcoming and friendly too!Great school, looking forwards to several more years

My family has been a part of the St Gregory family since the school opened. I have 3 children for the 2017-2018 year they were in Grades 2, 7 and 9. Our grade 9 student achieved Honour Roll for all 3 terms. Our grade 7 student achieved Honour Roll once. Honour Roll gave them a chance to reach their goals. Our grade 2 student loved her teacher. We had an amazing School Council team as well. It was great getting to know the staff, parents, and students. I think the best thing I can highlight on other than academics is the Family Groups. It is so great watching the little students interact with the big students and vice versa. The little students would come up to my older children and hug them in the community. St Gregories is not only a great school but a great family!

substitute teachers ABUSE the students Im only giving 2 stars because most of the regular teachers are half decent.

Amazing school its amazing! i love it

We were apprehensive about switching from St Teresa when St Gregory opened its doors but after the first meeting with our daughters teacher, Mona Bishop and the Principal, Chris Andrew, I was feeling better. The school community is warm and welcoming, the staff we have had dealings with love their jobs and the kids they work with and our daughter is happy with her class. I am glad we did the change and can’t wait to see how year 2 goes for St. Gregory!
