So I got my drone back thanks to Dave Potter and his company Totem Tree Service, my drone was 60-80 ft up in the tree and I had no way of getting it back until I messaged Dave potter and he went out of his way and Thursday morning got my drone out of the tree. Seriously great guy and his company is a outstanding service. Need tree service done? give him a call! highly recommend

We had a lot of trees to take down to clear our lot for building and Totem was amazing! They were fast, safe, personable, meticulous at their clean up, came when they said they would, and excellent price! Great job Dave and all of the Total crew for an excellent job.

I called Totem to come do some trees on my property Dave came out and talked with me about the trees and what my concerns were with them. When they came and did the job they were quick and did exactly what had been discussed they made sure when they were done that all the trimmings and debris were removed leaving the yard as they found it. I would highly recommend Dave and Totem Tree Service great company and quality workmanship.

Dave and his crew arrived on time, ready to go. They completed the job quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up behind themselves. On top of that, they were friendly, professional and personable, and I really appreciated how they went out of their way to protect my rhododendron shrubs. Let there be Light! Thank you to Dave and his crew for limbing the very large trees beside my new home. So much more natural light now to enjoy, as well as an enhanced view. The crew took great care not to disturb the surrounding garden area and left the area clean and clear. I had many compliments from neighbours who also benefited from the increased light and views. I was so pleased with Dave's work, I called Totem Tree Services again to remove a nasty old stump where I planned to build another garden area. Thank you again! Wow! Couldn't be happier with Dave and the whole Totem crew! I hired them to create a view corridor on our lake property so we could see those spectacular sunsets from our deck. They took the time to get the view just right, were careful not to drop debris into the lake. They carefully took out branches so that the trees still looked natural and beautiful. Best part is, they were quick and they cleaned up everything -I didn't even find sawdust later that evening. Thanks so much for giving us the view we dreamed of! I highly recommend Totem.

I would highly recommend totem tree service. Dave and his crew were very professional, pleasant and worked Hard, to cut down the Large Fir tree In our backyard. The job was not an easy task, and they completed it safely and on budget. They made sure surrounding structures and plants were protected. As a home owner I was very impressed. I recently hired Totem Tree Service to do some pruning of several trees and shrubs at my home in Port Alberni. I had never used Totem Tree Service before so wasn't sure what quality of service I would receive. Kai and Wade arrived at my home at 9:00AM sharp and didn't finish until 3:00PM. I was totally impressed with the attitude and work ethic of these two men. They were professional, polite and asked if I would walk around to see if I was satisfied with the work they had done. They did a superb job and even went above and beyond by doing some extra jobs that were not part of the original agreement.
