Janelle Pysz Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Holistic Life Coach

I recently completed therapy with Janelle Pysz. I highly recommend anyone to see her if they believe they are in need of psychotherapy. It’s worth taking the first step in overcoming any mental health problems. Janelle Pysz helped me grow tremendously as a person because she taught me how to be emotionally intelligent, conscientious about my thoughts, emotions, and actions, find meaning in life’s struggles, and find purpose in my life. Nobody has ever taught me how to be in control of my emotions, and understand the meaning of my thought patterns. From learning those skills, I am able to perceive the world with more clarity, understand how to prevent negative emotions from ruining my day, not get mad at things I cannot control, and most importantly, have a rational mindset in an irrational world. I will always be grateful for her help. My life has been fundamentally altered because I sought out her assistance in overcoming my mental health issues. I can now stand upright, with my chin up, and my shoulders back, ready to take on the immense challenges the world has to offer me.

Janelle is an amazing mental health counselor and life coach. My husband and I see her for couples counseling and then I see her for individual and she is absolutely incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable of the field and has taught us so much about ourselves and each other. Janelle is the type of counselor that pushes you to self-reflect on your behaviors and/or negative patterns and assists on coming up with ways to improve. She has helped us to communicate with one another more effectively. Janelle is accommodating, understanding, validating and overall just a genuine human that helps guide people to their full potential. I am excited to continue working with her.

Janelle takes a very personalized approach and really gets to know you, which makes the conversations meaningful and useful. She is caring and compassionate, but she won't shy away from difficult topics. Highly recommended.

We started going to see Janelle back in August. Instantly you feel a sensel of peace when you walk in the room. She is professional, kind, empathetic and above all, compassionate. You can feel how much she cares and wants to help. She is patient and understanding, and creates an environment that allows you to express yourself while addressing the underlining issues. I can’t even say how much this human means to us. I trust her and respect her insights. I appreciate her direct but caring approach when I am not responding in the best way. She tends to keep me in check and honestly, I need that.We highly recommend Janelle. If you have major things to work through, need life coaching, health and wellness advice, or just need an outlet.
