Shubhankar (perfect) and Amy (great asset to the company and unfortunate she left). They were very informative, effective, efficient etc. in getting the fingerprints done and even showed how to get it perfectly by putting hand lotion on etc. One of the best customer service especially in rectifying problems. Great place to get fingerprinted - professional, detail oriented, great location, but building not great/disappointing however once in, the inside elevates the experience and one forgets the outside. Very, very highly recommended!

Apparently my fingers have too many lines to produce a good quality digital picture required for my citizenship. Seriously! This place is ICC accredited, shouldn’t they have the most up to date digital imaging equipment? Not happy and would not recommend.

I went there a little early for my fingerprinting appointment. But they still accommodated me. Nirali and Chloee were very helpful and professional. They explained what they were doing and why. They also explained how to follow up in case I needed to. They also made sure the right request was sent to RCMP. Would highly recommend them!

Awsome place to get security check done and great experience was quick and simple. amani kamel Explained the process in a way i understood easily and was very quick with getting it done and sent to the right places. Will come back anytime i need to get my prints done for security clearance.

I reached on time but still had to wait 45 mins for my appointment. It got worse when the machine couldn't take my fingerprints after 10 tries (Today went to another center and got it done in 10 minutes).Wasted 1+ hrs and missed a meeting for nothing. They really need to take appointments on priority over walk ins. There was a lady who just walked in before me. We both were given form to fill. I filled and gave the form before her, had my appointment at 12, reached 5 mins before time. But guess who got fingerprinted first. Giving 2 star just to be kind to the lady who tried her best to make the broken machine work. Deserves one star otherwise.
