Absolutely amazing store with incredible staff!!

My wife and I travel FURTHER then we need to just to go to this Pet Value because of 1.) the staff knowledge 2.) the personal service 3.) the light atmosphere 4.) the sweet tunes. I can honestly say that this is one of the only retail stores around where we feel like part of the family. We are always greeted with a smile - no matter what time of day. You can tell the employees actually, down to their bones - care about their customers. Keep up the incredible job and know that you make your customers lives better!!! Thank you!!!

I've visited a few times over the past few weeks, and beyond being greeted with a hello, there is not much for service. In fact, when I did ask for help regarding a product, the staff members could do little more than read the box. When purchasing multiple items and browsing a long time, never been asked if I needed help finding anything or had any questions, even if spending awhile choosing. No bag was offered, even to purchase, despite buying half a dozen items. Staff were more interested in talking to each other about some local drama than assisting customers but was able to find all the products I wanted and store was very clean, aside from some stock haphazardly strewn across aisles.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Been there multiple times and they seem so incredibly miserable. Would recommend going to another pet store if you don’t like being treated like you’re inconveniencing them by purchasing from their store

This is so far the BEST Pet Value that we've been to. They are all very friendly and helpful. We've been to other location but the service here is excellent. Always accommodating. Very clean shop and has alot to offer. Highly recommended! :)

The staff were great! I needed a bag of dog food for my pup and they did not have it in stock but helped me locate a store in their chain that did.Thank you again!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have back issues and the staff always put the cat litter in my trunk. Great service!

Really pleasant staff. Very happy to be approached and asked if I am looking for anything specific and to have the staff know exactly what I need and take me right to it.
