Friendly and professional. The staff also put extra things and repair stuff free of charge so my new equipment would last longer!I was also educated and advised how to take care of my equipment.Used the service 21st of Oct 2022 and as of now I have no problem! I could not recommend them enough!

Very prompt and courteous. I received a quick response to my initial inquiry, and was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. When an earlier timeslot became available, I was offered the opportunity to move my own appointment up from the afternoon to the morning. While he was here, Brett was friendly and polite and took the time to explain things to us; he was able to provide a quote and then change out our hot water tank the same day. I would absolutely reach out to Chambers Plumbing & Heating again for future services!

Brett was absolutely excellent! He was prompt and took the time to really explain to my fiancé and I what work would be required. He gave us the steps that he would have to take and walked us through any updates. He was very professional and was able to fix our plumbing issue. I would absolutely recommend Chambers 100 times over and will definitely use them again!

Another excellent experience with Chambers Plumbing. We had Brett install a water line for a new fridge. They were quick to stop by and provide a quote, quick to book installation, quick to arrive on install day and quick to finish up. The rate was very reasonable and I will definitely use them again when we're ready for some bigger projects I have in mind.

It was fantastic experience working with Brett. He was able to stop by to do estimate on my hot water tank within a few hours of calling him. Brett quickly diagnosed the issue for me & then told me how I would go about getting my warranty to cover it. I followed his advice, Rheem was super easy to deal with. Home Depot had the tank in stock for me. Once I had all the pieces together, Brett again fit me into the schedule to get my hot water tank fixed promptly & went to pick up the new tank. While conducting the instal, Brett noticed that a few other items needed to fixed in order to be compliant with regulations.Brett made what could have been a very stressful situation, calm. Getting my hot water tank replaced & installed with him was absolutely awesome. His professionalism and integrity really stood out for me. I would highly recommend Chambers Plumbing to anyone in the St Albert area who needs the skills of a well trained & professional plumber.

Great service from start to finish. Prompt reply to my concern, very knowledgeable and professional, took the time to discuss my concern and explain how the issue would be resolved. Very polite and friendly and answered my all my questions. Brett and his apprentice gave me the free quote with no obligation or pressure to proceed, however, because they took the time to answer my questions and were very professional about it, I felt comfortable using this company. After my initial concern of a partial blockage in my drain for my washer was dealt with, we discovered my hot water heater was leaking (it was older and had started rusting) and Brett agreed and managed to replace the hot water tank for me the same day which gave me peace of mind. This company also gives a senior discount which is much appreciated. Thank you Brett and Team for excellent service.
