Severely disappointed. They refuse to even process my application because I'm 18, my partner is 20, and they won't process me as a child" either. A lease signed by a minor is legally binding. I am a teen mom who has been supporting myself since I was 16

Fabulous apartments! Management was always excellent! Very clean and perfectly located! Easy access to both north Nanaimo and downtown! Very quiet and well maintained! Sad to be leaving.

They are a responsive landlord. Very accommodating. Quick to fix issues. Definitely make you feel comfortable in your home.

Happily lived here for two years so far. This place is well operated and is clean, quiet, safe, incredibly maintained at a reasonable affordable price. Management is A1, down to earth, attentive, considerate and friendly. They make you feel at home. Fixes are done promptly. Garbage and recycle bins are conveniently accessible. Excellent services are provided like mowing, immediate snow removal and de-icing, leaf blowing, cleaning of common areas, etc. Recent renovations to lobbies, hallways and other areas give it a bright, modern, upgraded look. Nice neighbourhood, close to mall, eating places, schools, park, and other amenities. Lovely place and highly recommended!

Well maintainedParking can be tight sometimes

I have lived here for over nine years and have never waited for anything to be fixed. Security is always top on their priority list. The building is always clean and well taken care of. The managers are top of the line, they take the time to listen to your concerns and really care about the tenants. In the winter months when it snows they are up at six in the morning shovelling and icing the parking lot. I have never lived in a better apartment building, where I feel that I am heard and never wait for my appliances to be fixed or have my toilet unplugged. I highly recommend living here.

Good location, seems like a great place. I applied here once, worst experience. They still charge for application fees. They say if your approved, it goes towards damage deposit. I wasnt approved, and didnt get my money back. *charging application fees is against bc tenancy agreements, and they shouldnt be doing it.

Not ultra modern, but the rent is priced to reflect that. The apartments are clean and in good condition (no pest issues, carpets were steam cleaned before I moved in). Safe and quiet neighborhood. What really earns the 5 stars is that the managers are down to earth and any concerns/repairs (only a couple of instances in 3 year period) were addressed promptly and professionally!

My family absolutely loved these apartments. They are family friendly. It's a great neighbourhood and a wonderful little community that's quiet and with low crime. We lived there for 2 years and made a lot of good friends that we remain in contact with still. The managers are awesome, very approachable and prompt with servicing things that need repair. The rent is fair. There were no issues with pests or cleanliness; all units are steam cleaned at the end of every move out. The only drawback was that we weren't allowed an in-window air conditioner.
