VPM Imaging (X-Ray, Ultrasound, Mammography & BMD)

How does it take over a week for them to send a basic chest xray to my doctor?! Then you call and no one picks up. Will update once I actually get my results…

Had an 11:00 appointment. While waiting customers that had already been called in for imaging were being called in again. Gentleman came out from X-ray imaging area and asked why he had been waiting for over half an hour. Due to the chaos I requested for them to return my requisition as I sensed that I would not be seen for a very long time and reception said “ We thought that you were already in there being processed”.Do not come here unless you are prepared to wait for a very long time as nobody in this imaging centre knows what they are doing.Chaos central.

Reception was polite and efficient. I was greeted promptly and was taken in for my tests only minutes after arriving for my appointment. My technician was a perfect combination of professional and friendly. The office and test rooms are clean and well maintained. I have been here before and will go back again.

Both the booking process and the execution of the ultrasound was perfect. Service was great and everyone was very professional. I was originally scheduled to wait at least 3 weeks in Markham for a X-ray and ultrasound. This location was able to give me same day appointment. If you are in pain, do not wait, just call this place and get it done to expedite the process.

I recently had an ultrasound of my ankle and foot. A technician with the name Baro did a very good and extensive work which showed important findings. Now I have been diagnosed properly. Thanks !

Friendly and energetic receptionists. I needed an ultrasound and xray and both we completed in less than 30 minutes. I had to remind them of my xray needing to be done after my ultrasound but nothing significant compared to some of the reviews I read about this place.I will use this location again if needed in the future

DO NOT come to this place.While the receptionist was lovely, the ultrasound technician however, is TERRIBLE. Unprofessional, completely devoid of people skills. Gave no response to my 'hello, how are you? Could not give clear instructions, then became even more rude and exasperated. Yelled at me and grabbed my arm to reposition it. Told me to 'use your imagination'..... Turns out that she wanted me to bend my arm slightly. A technician should be able to clearly communicate to a patient, what the procedure entails and this technician severely lacks this skill.I should have looked at the reviews before coming to this place. Don't make the same mistake I did. It's worth the drive \ bus ride to a different location.Seeing from the lack of responses to reviews by management, it is evident that this place does not care about people at all. What a disgrace.

Customer service issue to share with you, when you visit internet signal is blocked, even though they have signs offering guest internet, when you ask for password, they say they do not offer. Also, scan code signs to access your image records later, no internet access so unable to use & if you login when you leave, there is a charge to use the service. I found the technicians a pleasure to interact with.

Making an appointment was easy. They phoned me a day in advance for a reminder and not to wear lotion/ perfume etc. I went today for my appointment for a mammogram. They saw me promptly. The office was clean. The technician was professional and I was out of the office in 10 minutes. I would recommend them. Thank you for the great service.

I came to this location because it was close to where I live. This location is very mismanaged. Not only do they keep rescheduling because they do not book the technician's time properly, phone calls are also not answered for appointments and the front desk is not reliable for booking appointments.I have had an incident where my ultrasound appointment had been rebooked three times and once I came in, the appointment could not be finished because they did not book the technician for the timeslot.
