Muse Boutique & Bridal Studio

I have never been more upset with an online order. I ordered a light blue prom dress (my DREAM dress) they sent back an email asking for my exact size even tho I selected my correct measurements ON the site… asked when I needed it before which was April 22. They said they would ship it out 1-2 weeks BEFORE that and send a tracking number. Never received any email after that. Also payed an extra $25 dollars just for it to arrive a week earlier than what it said online. This is horrible service and VERY unprofessional. Getting my refund right now… not a happy customer.

Beautiful selection of bridal gowns and really spectacular service from the owner. I visited several boutiques in Vancouver prior to Muse and the selection and service at Muse was top notch. I didn't end up buying my dress from this shop but there were quite a few dresses that I really loved! I definitely recommend visiting the studio if you're from the area.

Where to start with this Review:My future wife and family had the most amazing time at Muse Boutique and Bridal studio that it will always be part of her wedding memories. There is a million reasons to shop local, But with Muse Boutique they make it so much more then that you feel like you have been friends for years. I get to see the dress she picked in a year so i cant comment on that yet :)This is my shout out to Muse for making that day so special for my wife thank you to all the staff and LOCAL owners. I will send everyone there cause i know how they will be treated ..

This store is amazing! Being a bigger lady trying to find a wedding dress it was a nervous time. Walking into the shop and seeing all these pretty lady’s with welcoming arms was amazing. I went to just try on dresses the first time and when I walked out I felt like a different person just from being with them for 2 hours for my appointment. I then went back a second time to buy my dress. Again they made me feel like I was a VIP when I walked in. This store is the best one to go to. They truly make you feel amazing when you are ready to leave and the whole time you are there. They make you feel comfortable in your own body. They are all amazing!! So many laughs were had at every appointment I have had! My experience has been truly fantastic with these ladies!! 5 stars is not enough for this review! If I could I would give it 10 stars! These lady’s are fantastic and make you feel incredible when you are done your appointment!!! ♥️

Honestly I am not one to write bad reviews because I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt BUT...I was not at all satisfied with my last visit here.Originally I had been to Muse when they were located in their old building and I LOVED my visit (I even ended up buying my dress) but when I had MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY FIRST FITTING WHICH WE HAD RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION TEXT FOR IT AND EVERYTHING we were treated as if we had just tried to come as a walk in appointment(Me, my mother and mother in law were supposed to have 1.5 hour appointment to try my dress on and they could find theirs), We got to the entrance where we were rudely greeted and were told to remove our shoes (which I don't care about, it was the way they TOLD us to to take them off as if we were deliberately wearing our shoes to ruin their day).The lady at the front asked me what my name was and I told her and then she had asked if I was just here to try my dress on and I said no that I was coming here with my mom and mother in law to show them my dress and help them find dresses for my wedding. The lady looked confused by my statement and told me they didn't have time for that and they were very busy so I could try my dress on but we'd have to find our own dresses by ourselves.I went in the dressing room and tried my dress on (which they had ordered a size smaller than what I am because my chest is smaller, I'm a size 4 and they ordered me a size 2) so I was basically stuffed into this dress so tight that I couldn't breath. When I came out the lady told me she had no room for me to look at my dress on the runway and she made me get up on someone else's runway with my family and another random group of people watching me off on the side lines. I would also like to mention that the runway beside me didn't have anyone on it.The lady helping me was SO RUDE and I honestly felt so rushed and unimportant, it actually discouraged me very much and made me really sad (which is not how I wanted to feel trying on my wedding dress for the first time). My mom could see how I felt and had suggested we leave.Before we left my mom and mother in law took a quick look around the store at dresses on their own and my best friend had decided to tag along with us that day to just for support. She asked if she could get some measurements taken and that she would pay to be measured but the lady refused to measure her because not all dresses are measured the same way so she didn't want to get in trouble if my friend ended up getting the wrong size" (because that makes sense?).Needless to say I bought a new dress elsewhere (That was actually the right size) and I will not be recommending Muse to anyone.I really hope they clean up their act so that brides can have a really great

Karry had 2 visitors from out of town in ( on a time crunch) to be married!On a budget as well.She took the time to make the bride feel extra special and we felt no rush at all.Thank you Karey! Youll be part of our memories forever!

I had the best time picking out my wedding dress thanks to Kari! She ensured we still had the magical moment during the craziness of covid planning, and I found the perfect dress! Great service and beautiful boutique to find THE DRESS!

Personalized service that allowed me to take my time choosing and trying on dresses. Great selection and I was even able to take my dress home that day!
