Two friends and I stopped in for lunch this past Saturday. We ordered the Party Pack 4 which was the perfect amount of food for the three of us. All the meats were moist, tender, and covered in BBQ sauce. The sides were a hit as well (corn bread, beans, slaw, and fries).

My father was was gifted two 25.00 gift certificates. He went in to pick up his order and wanted to use one entire gift card and half of the other. The staff member said he was unable to do that. Either the gift cards had to equal the exact amount, or he could use the second gift card but they’d keep the remainder. My dad asked to speak with the manager, who gave him attitude and said he couldn’t do that. You should tell your staff to advise your customers they have to get the exact amount for gift certificates, otherwise the restaurant will steal the rest of the funds. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 10 years plus and have never heard of such practice.

Was in area and decided to just stop in and order and I’m so happy I did!Got the fantasy burger with pig skins and MMMM MMMMM MMMMMM!!!! Fries were perfectly crispy and not overly salted, burger was cooked to perfection , pulled pork wasn’t drenched in sauce, potato skins were so crispy. And I have never liked coleslaw but my husband got me to try it and I went back in to order a large because it was so freaking good !This place should be on the Canada’s version of you gotta eat here because it deserves that!The guys were also great. The chef , obviously deserves recognition but the guy behind the counter cashing me out ( unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he has blue eyes and slim build ) super nice but not that “ annoying customer service friendly “ just genuine and made my visit comfortable. I’m definitely returning for more.

Fantastic Rib joint. Meat is sooo tender, and the sauces they use are fantastic. Highly recommend this BBQ joint. Great food, southern atmosphere, and friendly staff. Bring your appetite, portions are huge!

Great value, has parking, customer service very friendly and wait time was pretty fast. Had the Monday special. 4 stars because the I've had better ribs. Ribs were good but not fall off the bone. Still overall great experience and will be a returning customer.

The first thing you notice is how great this place smells. Service was friendly and the food, delicious. The meat on the ribs soft and succulent and all food served at the perfect temperature. My partner said his poutine was very tasty. Would come again when next in town and I recommend you try it out.

Went here while on a trip to Ottawa because it wasn't too far from out hotel and had good reviews. The food was very good and the staff is friendly. Our server was great at telling us about items on the menu when we said we hadn't been there before. I loved that they had platters on their menu where you could try a little bit of everything. A good place if you're hungry or want to split a meal with someone. The portions are large and a good price. Also, the sauce and smoke on each meat is a little different, so it's not too much of anything.
