I was skeptical about their products at first but actually work!Though results may vary, so to see real results I came back to the store and spoke to the specialist who sold me my skin care package. Turns out I wasn’t following the directions he’s given me. So it may take a while to see results if you’re inconsistent with your treatment application. Spending my money is worth it and you definitely must listen and follow instructions as directed! Plus it seems like they’re understanding and willing to exceed their customers’ expectations cause they give such a good deal and a free on-the-spot facial by a specialist. I’m glad i came back cause in reality this experience had taught myself not to be lazy and just commit to something I already have started—set a day to day schedule and get up from bed if forgotten to do the night routine. Finally within almost 4 weeks of consistent work, I got the results I wanted.

Loren is amazing! We sat down and talked about skin goals for awhile before the actual facial and then after we sat down again and talked about the products she used and recommends going forward and it was super educational. She's clearly very knowledgeable and she takes the time to share so much helpful information. She doesn't push you to buy any product, which is really nice, but she does have them available if you want to grab some at your appointment She genuinely cares about taking care of your skin. HIGHLY recommend!!! I just got my second facial, and I plan to keep going :)

On our last night in Toronto me and my sister enjoyed a much needed revitalizing facial at Opatra! Marco was great, and the whole experience itself felt restoring and fresh on our skin, we are so excited to try our new rejuvenating skin care routine, the products and devices feel so high quality and we can not wait to use them!

I never write reviews online, however this was an exception. This place is truly incredible, the place is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I had my haydra faical done by melissa, she is truly a master at her craft. She completely transformed my skin to EXACTLY what I wanted. I had zero bruising or itching . She took her time and explained everything she was doing, and truly cares about her clients. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Highly, highly recommend this place, and melissa especially !! You will not be disappointed!!!

I have suffered from dry skin my whole life. The skin-care specialists team at Opatra Canada (Yorkville) have recommended me to get the Hydrating Facial" which has extremely hydrated

i usually do not do reviews but i absolutely loveeee this place!! i tried the brightening treatment and instantly saw results. I had uneven skin tones on my face and this facial helped with the pigmentation of my skin!! Also, i purchased the eye syringe to try to remove the dark circles and lines from under my eyes and it worked wonders!!!!! will definitely be purchasing more products and coming in for more facials!!

I got my first Hydrofacial by Jacob today and it was amazing! My skin feels and looks flawless!!You could probably see your reflection on my forehead that’s how shiny and clean it looks! Lol.The entire staff is super sweet and the facility is beautiful.If you’re looking for a relaxing spa day/ facial this is a great go to. Will definitely be going there again!!
