Stretch Thrift Store

Pretty dingy thrift store like you'd expect but you can find some great finds in here!2 floors. Main floor is clothes, shoes. Basement is home stuff, furniture, books, DVD etc.The shop is mostly clothes though. Couldn't find any jeans in smaller sizes though but that always depends on when you go.Got myself some nice quality metal trays and a faux fur jacket, perfect for festivals!Senior 60+ discount 20% on Tuesdays

Pretty good thrift store, if you check it out regularly there are good finds! I found a nice leather jacket once. :)

This store needs heavy duty cleaning. Felt like you could get bed bugs in there…Worst of all, there is a rude, middle-aged lady working who acts like you’re committing a crime if you ask her simple questions. Where is the customer service? You have a sticker that reads “thanks for supporting local business” on your window, but where is the appreciation for your customers? Dreadful and overpriced place.

Small but mighty. Compact store layout, but I always seem to find one or two interesting vintage items on the racks. I also like that they stock a few out-of-season clothes.Caution: aisles are too narrow for mobility devices, and the ceiling in the basement housewares+books area is head-hazard low.

Giving it 4 stars since I like that its a small local business and I love thrift stores. But I wish they had more furniture, home decor, household items, etc. Many people in the neighbourhood would need it. It didn't seem like there was much selection.

Books, kitchen, housewares are located downstairs, and aisles may not be accessible for people with mobility challenges. Wheelchair or walker would be seriously difficult. (It's a smaller place).Reasonable enough thrift store prices. Items from low end discount stores *were* actually priced lower than if bought new.

this has to be the store to donate anything to they get it free from people so other people that dont have alot of money can buy clothes an other things they cant afford to buy new the prices are high he doesnt care what it is he is rude an so is his enploye they are constantley watching you to see if you are stealing they add11 camera all over the store for what reason they dont pay for anything they in the store i have tried to buy a few things at this store an he he would not even try to help you with a little lower price but he hold stuff to sold things to his friends that come in the store yesterday i was in the the store an a guy wanted to buy a belt he had to wait 20 minutes until they got hold of the manger to give him a price an then he want over 20 dollars for a used belt this is disgusting the way this store is run

I go once a week, and every time I'm shocked by the pricing. A couple of times I find something really worthwhile, but this is an exception.

Stretch Thrift comes across as some type of charity as it has a “donation bin chute” on the front of the store... but it is not. I made the mistake of thinking I was giving some things for donation only to be greeting (sarcasm) by a disheveled Asian woman who was less than gracious as I gave my items to her, I was having second thoughts my things were out of my hands and behind her counter. I realize it was partially my own fault for not checking, however, I felt deceived by the owner greedy. I have no idea what the merchandise/selection is like but the store looks like a second hand, second hand store if that’s even possible. I was NOT impressed.

Some things still have their original price and this store wants to sell them even more expensive. Example I found some stuff for 1.25 from the dollarama and they want to sell it to you for 2 + tax. It's the same with clothes and other things but the price is even more crazy. A book that they give away on the street, they sell it for 4
