Not only was our unexpected laundry room renovation fitted into their already extremely busy schedule, Jamie, Paul, Cory and Zack gave their fullest attention to even the smallest detail ensuring nothing was overlooked. From plumbing to tiling - the project was expertly completed. Even our washer and dryer were placed back into the laundry room, neatly aligned and perfectly spaced; not surprising given Paul's methodical and personalized approach.From our kitchen, three bathrooms and entrance renovations, the team at Bruce Clark & Son has long been our go-to company without hesitation. Honesty, integrity, reliability are this team's motto and their workmanship is second to none. Genuinely really nice, good people. All this at a fair price - need we say more?

I recently purchased an older home and wanted to make a few changes. Jamie at Bruce Clark & Sons was recommended to me by a friend. The project involved 2 new bathrooms, including a complete gut of one, a move of the laundry room to the 2nd floor, an enlargement of the front hall and closet, as well as numerous small changes and enhancements. In addition some major plumbing issues surfaced during this time. Jamie and his team were fantastic partners on the project, enthusiastically bringing creative ideas to the table, collaborating with me on my vision, and advocating for me through any challenges. No request was too much trouble. Everyone who came to the house to work were consummate professionals and really, really nice people. I highly recommend.

Due to my curiosity just read the previous reviews and they made me really happy to learn that Bruce Clark & Sons are making major renovations as well. Good to know.I am just a small customer but for the last decade I have been solving any plumbing problem or making any unit instalment in my house with this company. And I feel good that being just a small customer I am treated by them as a valuable one.Today I had a minor leak in the basement and Corey came to fix it. In seconds he diagnosed the problem and was ready to fix it.As usual all the necessary parts were in his truck, I didn’t need to wait or to rush to Home Depot to buy any parts.Corey explained me what happened and how he was going to fix the leak. He was very professional, handy and efficient. He didn’t waste a minute though paid by an hour.You know, plumbing is generally a messy job but after the leak was fixed there was no any sign of any mess in my washing room and the basement.As usual I was impressed by a very fair and reasonable pricing.Great job guys! Thank you so much! I wish all the team good luck in business and prosperity.Update as of June 27, 2020As our house is aging it needs more and more repairs. Last Thursday I found that two toilet bowls were not working properly that could cause me the next bill higher for sure. Due to this pandemic situation I couldn't even hope that my call to Bruce Clark & Son would be answered. Thank's God, the service was available and this family business was operating as usual. So, I was so happy to see Corey next Friday morning. As usual he was very efficient and fixed both toilet bowls in a half an hour. Also, he noticed a small leak in the washing room and fixed that as well.As for the bill I must say it was more than absolutely fair. Honestly, I expected it to be higher and I wouldn't mind. These days, when we all are so nervous and depressed due to Covid-19, such reliable and fair businesses like Bruce Clark and Son do give a hope that everything will be okay. My special thanks to Corey who is not only a highly experienced and efficient plumber but a very nice, honest and friendly person as well.

They came in quickly to give a quote, the quote was very reasonable (and I had multiple quotes done), and once we decided on a date the work got done and didn't drag on. Bruce Clark and Son did a major renovation on our home throughout 2016-2017 including: building a new kitchen- including new floor, cabinets, counters, lighting, modifying ceiling- a total rebuild of 4 washrooms- ensuite washroom, main floor powder room; upstairs washroom and basement washroom and a rebuild of the main floor laundry room. We are extremely happy with how it all turned out. His staff were very professional and pleasant to have in our home. The cost of all of this work was fair and reasonable.
