I accidentally broke my only pair of glasses and desperately needed a new pair. John was able to get me a new pair within 2 days!!!! Not only that but he surprised me and fixed my broken frames at no extra charge!!! Him and his team are absolutely lovely, and so helpful! Specs & specs are definitely my new go to. 10/10 recommend!

The best selection and customer service in Toronto! They have a massive selection of different brands and they are always happy to help pick out frames to suit your face. They are not pushy and are very knowledgeable. The quality of their lenses are impeccable as well and they will have your glasses ready in a week! Highly recommend Specs & Specs!

I had a fantastic experience buying prescription eyewear at Specs & Specs on Queen! Amelia initially helped me with trying on styles and offering advice. She made me feel totally at ease and comfortable, there was no pressure :) The selection is really great here. You can tell they are very purposeful with what styles they carry. Katherine helped me out with placing my order and was able to help me figure out pricing and availability by email. There's a certain quality and comfort that comes from shopping for eyewear in a small independent shop and you'll definitely find that here. The staff are very passionate and knowledgeable about eyewear in general. Highly recommend!

I most recently came to Specs to get prescription lenses for my sunglasses. They had no problem getting me the lenses in the same colour that I had before, even though the frames and original lenses were from another shop. In fact, I got to choose between getting the exact same colour or a nicer version of the original colour. I chose the latter. The whole process took very little time, and I'm very happy with my purchase.The staff has always been very kind to me, really going the extra mile to make me feel welcome and attended to. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my spectacle needs!

I went here to get my lens fixed (it had popped out). I came right before closing the staff was very helpful fixed and cleaned my lens for free!

got 2 pairs from this place already, the team is so lovely and knowledgeable. when 1 pair broke they helped me get a replacement as it was under warranty still. great experience overall.

Hello, I purchased a set of glasses from these guys about two weeks ago and had a really good experience with them. I had been shopping for awhile and couldn't find anything I liked for a good price, but with Sophie and the rest of the team I found the perfect pair of glass for me and for a great price. She made the whole process nice and smooth and I appreciated the great customer service. I love my new glasses. Thanks !!

This is my favourite optical shop in town! The owner is wonderful and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are fair. Tip: don’t waste your money at mall optical shops while you can get similar brands for cheaper price.

I don't live near Specs and Specs but both of my most recent glasses purchases were made at this store, after shopping locally at several other stores and not finding anything that I liked.Whoever the buyer is here, understands fashion and the newest trends. It doesn't mean that there aren't conservative options too, but it does mean that they have good variety and it's possible to find something unique, if that's what you want.The Specialist that assisted me, knew what would look good on me which made the process easy and fast. I ended up with green glasses! Everyone loves them and so do I.
