This is my super honest review . I really only come here because there is no freshii in the area. Freshii is a lot cheaper and you get about the same quality . Tried a few of the wraps, didn’t like any of them. Tried the bowls, hit or miss, sometimes I’m paying 19$ for more than half to be rice or string noodle. Their pizzas are tasty.Now customer service , I’ve gone in to be treated kindly , I’ve also gone in to over hear the staff complaining about customers openly and about what they are ordering and and and being passive aggressive. All in all they get you on being one of the only healthy options but I can go to a sushi/Asian restaurant and get 2x the food for same quality, price and customer service.

Today was a memorable day! My daughter who’s visiting from BC and I decided try Build a Bowl (Wonderland South). Dunia couldn’t have been more welcoming and was thrilled to hear it was our first time stopping by! So many choices oh my, but I finally decided to try the Chipotle Chicken Wrap and my daughter tried the Mediterranean Bowl. The freshness and quality not to mention the flavours of the sauces and offerings in general have made us true fans of Build a Bowl! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Dunia for such a lovely experience!!!

Oh man, highly recommend!! First time trying their donair, love it!! Garlic base topped with East Coast Sauce, simply incredible! Super friendly staff and great atmosphere. Their bowls are full of fresh and quality ingredients, great portions too. The acai bowl and smoothies are super refreshing too. Will definitely go back again.

I rarely sign on to write a review but felt this was definitely warranted. I've been now three times, each time has been quick, fresh and the staff are willing to take the time to answer questions. Buffalo flat bread was top tier delicious as well as the harvest salad. 10/10 recommend.

First of the best part is that everything is halal. Second the staff are really friendly & polite. The hot bowls are really good especially the buffalo chicken but the cold ones such as smoothie bowls are hard to eat bc they’re always frozen. Check it out for lunch next time you’re on break!!

First time to any Build A Bowl, I walked in and was greeted with such kindness immediately. Took me a little bit to choose what I wanted but I got the Chipotle Chicken Bowl substituting the rice for quinoa, and sauce on the side so I could add how much I wanted.I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for this spot because I’m always hesitant on getting bowls anywhere because a lot of times I can taste when the vegetables and other items are not fresh, but at this place, IT WAS SO FRESH!!!I called to let them know that they had a happy customer and again I was met with such kindness.Definitely will visit again.*also, the inside decor is so beautiful*.

Surprised this is the only location in London! Fresh ingredients, staff are welcoming and food is so good & doesn’t leave you feeling gross, even their pizzas. Shared a large buffalo chicken pizza, made fresh in like ten minutes!!! AND was only a whopping $22. Craziness, I was in awe.Will definitely be back to try their bowls & wraps.
