Absolutely loved my experience using Franks!! The team there is awesome and they fixed my car up great, they even cleaned out the interior as well!! While my car was being fixed they even lent me a courtesy car!! Great customer service and all around excellent. Will definitely be coming back in the future!!

Rear bumper was fixed. Franks as always done excellent work. Have be using Franks for many many years and will always use them. Very impressed with the service I received and how clean your car is when you get it back, inside and out. Keep up the good work guys.

I had the left front panel replaced. There is a lot of work involved in matching the paint through the hood and door and they did it seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Frank's again if circumstances warranted it. I would highly recommend Frank's based on my experience.

My car was recently at Franks for just over a week. During this time, I was absolutely blown away from the phenomenon and ongoing communication to keep me updated on the progress and length of time they’d have my vehicle. There was a slight delay in parts arriving and Simone kept me updated daily with pleasant messages, followed up with a text! She was such a lovely person to receive updates from as well as extremely pleasant while going through paperwork and taking my payment (thanks Simone!). On top of that … the exterior body work looked perfect, plus … and a big plus … the interior of my car was absolutely immaculate!!! Honestly, my car was filthy with a layer of Saint Bernard hair and drool basically covering all back seat areas and I can likely not express enough gratitude to match my appreciation.
