All of the staff are so attentive, friendly and on it! Nathan is such a polite, efficient worker, and is always a delight to see in the mornings in drive thru! Best Starbucks around

When I went the personthat served me was rude and aggressive. I can handle aggressive personalities, but this was negative aggression. Would take a lot to get me to go back.

I've been here several times and enjoy the service. They have some great people at the drive through window. Today I tried a sandwich and wasn't really impressed. It was a tomato and mozzarella baguette and all the toppings were pushed to one end. I had to open it up and redistribute the toppings. There wasn't very much cheese though and tasted very average. I think I'll stick to the drinks and baked goods. Loved my iced peach green tea lemonade drink as always. (Pictures are after I redistributed toppings).

I come here every morning and haven’t had someone act like this before.The curly haired girl was the first interaction of my day this morning, I paid with cash and said add it to my card which she didn’t hear. I mentioned I wanted to get my points and she said “ yeah I know how the points work “. She then aggressively gives me my food. You shouldn’t be at the window if you’re going to be miserable. You’re in customer service for a reason. Get over yourself princess.

Good stuff, but please avoid star bucks and junk food most of these customers are biased girl teens having no idea their ordered a single drink that used all their recommended calorie intake for a single drink, this stuff aint great for kids

I love coming here because even if there is a line in the drive thru, they work really hard to get your order ready.The staff are always kind and helpful.I will always come back here.:)

One of my favorite places in mission is the Starbucks on Hurd street , the manager runs a very clean cheerful shop and the staff are genuinely friendly, talented and happy a 10 out of 10 in places to go in mission

Came for a drink on this rainy fall day went through the drive through and we were greeted by Riley who was super friendly and even through the mask I could tell he was smiling, it was all over his face. I will defiantly be back. Ps my pumpkin spice latte is amazing.Thank you for the great service and product.

Staff are great but lve given it a low rating due to the interference and rudeness of a Karen manager ? Franchise owner. Staff were busy, working hard and an older woman in outdoor clothes was food side shoving a binder under the noses of staff members asking questions. Totally dominating and aggressive towards staff member who was in the middle of serving customers. No apologies to paying customers for holding up the line. The customer in front of me waited patiently for her incomplete order whilst Manager Karen did her thing rebuking the really sweet but flustered server. No way to treat staff or customers; they deserve better.
