Amazing bike shop. Has so much inventory in every category. Great rental selection that comes with helmet, bike bag, pump, tube, multi-tool and lock! Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely rent from them again and/or do one of the self guided tours.

Went in to have a minor fix to my bike. Showed up and was out in under 10 minutes with a very reasonable price. Was asked by every employee if I needed anything. This is why I love to support local.

Took my son's bike in for a brake issue this morning and they had me in and out in minutes. I have gone there many times over the years and the service has always been excellent. So glad to see they are still going and how much growth they've had over the years.

Danny went out of his way to help us last minute on our trip! He gave us great bikes and helmets to rent and recommended a beautiful trail towards Tea Hill for us to take! This shop is amazing with lots of inventory! Highly recommend for people wanting to rent/buy bikes and see the trails around Charlottetown and surrounding areas. Thanks again Danny!!!

MacQueen's arranged a self-guided tour of Prince Edward Island for our group of six; four on e-bikes and two on standard bikes. The routes, the communication before and during the ride, the accommodations they arranged (especially The Inn at Bay Fortune and 45 Steps), and the equipment they provided were all outstanding. We had a wonderful experience and it was thanks to the staff at MacQueen's.

Amazing service! Walked in on a Friday with a blown bottom bracket bearing and it was fixed while we waited (20 minutes) with a smile and good humour! Quality inventory and very reasonable prices! All the customers that passed through seemed to be regulars. We’re simply passing through PEI and were lucky to find MacQeen’s!

Can't say enough positives. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service and reasonable prices when we needed it most. (we needed parts/repairs when we were on the island for a bike vacation) After our repairs, I think it is cheaper and quicker to drive here from Toronto than to get parts and service in the Toronto area. Awesome place to buy a bike. These guys put the customer back in customer service. Ryan was super knowledgable and accommodating. He helped us though the bike buying process without making us feel stupid. Top notch guy, top notch store!!
