I normally go to another location. Food is much better. Food was cold. Missing toppings. Didn't bother saying anything as I would like never go there again. Normally with chains, the food is pretty consistent. This was not good. Felt like they didn't even try. Hostess wasn't the friendliest.

We got takeout from Jack Astors - we generally dine in. This time due to circumstances we opted for take out to bring to my elderly in laws. We picked up our order and brought it back to their home. Once we realized that the order was incorrect, we called back to the restaurant immediately. We were missing parts of our dinners. We didn’t get salad dressing for a Caesar salad, some side items like sauce for a Thai bowl . We called the restaurant and they asked if we could come back to pick them up. It would’ve taken us 25 minutes to go back and grab the items so we opted not to. We were told that the manager would call us back on Monday as this was the weekend. This occurred on June 25 and we are still waiting for a return call. Not totally dissatisfied with the food, and we improvised however, unimpressed with the customer service.

Disappointed with the Hunter Chicken myself and guest had. Chicken was dry, not much gravy, nothing special for the $28 per plateOur bench seat had big rip across seat. Should be repaired before guests sit there again.We have come to this location several times but not overly impressed past few times.

Dropped by here to get a quick bite to eat for dinner which we normally do once or twice a week. Our server was friendly and pleasant. When ordering, we asked what our options were for sides and one of us decided to go with the truffle fries. When the food came, the meal had a side order of regular fries and the server gave us another plate with the truffle fries saying she gave us extra. I thought that was quite nice considering the food was mediocre. She brought the receipt when we were done and turns out she actually billed us separately for the truffle fries, costing us an additional $10. Very deceiving and sneaky; probably will not be back.

Asked 3 times for refills on our pop, finally got 2 out of 3 after our meals were done. Got raw chicken in one of our meals, no apology just a remake to take home since everyone was done their meals (no one came to check on us till after we were finished). Management never came by to apologize and didn't even offer a discount on the raw food. Servers and management can't handle 8 tables all together? Absolutely terrible location. You're better to go to Wendy's.

Excellent food. The waitress to take my order right away. She suggested to add mushrooms to the plate which I greatly appreciated. Wow what a healthy lunch!! I would go back and recommend it!

Place is nice, good music. There was nobody to greed us so we sat at the bar section. Our server Lucas was great, but unfortunately food was not good. Over priced steak for what you get. Perfectly cooked steak but tasteless. Best part of the experience was dessert.One thing that I like to point out is that we noticed there was a huge lack of staff team work. Our server was leaving so we paid the bill to make it easier for him, but since we became nobody’s table, the server helping the tables next to us didn’t even say hello or ask if we need it anything else or offer to clear our piling table.
