I ordered the Teriyaki Rice Bowl. The rice wasn't fully cooked and there was very little chicken. I basically paid $13 for salad and I'm still hungry. It was a huge disappointment.

Half of the ingredients were gone, got frustrated that I needed to reconsider my options. All I wanted was a tuna sub with spinach, cheddar and black pepper. Ended with something completely different because the only ingredient they had was cheddar on that list. In the end when asking for black pepper I was told that it had just been washed and refuse to refill it despite being the only one in the store. Will not be returning

Subway awful not just this one. There chincy with everything staff isn't the best eitherAvoid chicken with sauce on it. chicken has a 48 hr shelf life minus chicken they put sauce on they have a four day shelf life by the third and fourth day it starts to smell

My wife placed a mobile order. I picked it up. It was for our kids lunches. That was around 4pm. Called the store and they had the nerve to argue with me. We made the order" yes you did. You gave me the wrong order! I get mistakes happen

$25 for 2 foot long ham subs with just a few toppings. What a joke. The ham was thinly layered. Probably $3 worth of ingredients on a pathetically over priced sandwich. Goto No Frills grab a few fresh buns, some sliced ham, Italian dressing, the rest you probably have at home.

Slow Slow Slow!!!! Horrible Experience. Pre-ordered my food using the Subway app and arrived at the schedule time and my food was not ready. It wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes afterwards. When asked for compensation for my wasted time I was told there was nothing they could do. Pathetic!!!!

I was there this evening with my 4 sons before football practice. I was in a rush. The young man was very polite and fast, he was friendly and kind which reminded me to leave a review. It’s always so refreshing to have service with a smile. I will be back.

Very slow service. I could have driven to New Hamburg and had my food faster from PitaPit. The employee was not sociable and did not seem to want to be there. One person in front of me and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. Maybe retraining is needed to help the employee learn the menu and faster service. Or at least a second team member to improve speed of service. If I see this staff working, I will think twice about going in line for food here

Really impatient server. They were preparing 2 orders at the same time creating confusion and messing up the sub. Even though the store was completely empty, except for a friend and myself, they were rushing through impatiently. Really terrible experience.
