I went in with a few questions in mind, after noticing the place, which is quite a bit closer than my current supplier. The clerk wouldn't answer my first question, and seemed like he felt it wasn't worth the effort to act in friendly and professional manner. Maybe he was in a foul mood on account of the dank smell and utterly depressing atmosphere of his unkept work environment. Needless to say, I'll be sticking with my current bottled water vendor as they actually have helpful and courteous sales people with a pleasent and inviting counter.

Loving having spring water and hot water available at the flip of a tap. Quite reasonably priced.

I bought some bottles of distilled water, and then later, I was able to pay much less to bring the bottles back and fill them again. Hooray for retail transactions. Google offered me 5 points, of which I have no idea what they are used for, to update this review. I continue to celebrate Glenbriar Water Express and their role in our retail economy.

If you are not going to be open on Saturday, maybe change your hours on Google so we don't load up our empties and drive to your store for nothing. Google says you are open Saturdays to 6pm.Glenbrier water on Frobisher is where I went, we have been picking up water there for years.

The water deserves 5 stars...the service deserves 1 star...hence the 3 rating. I have been getting my water at Glenbriar for about 3-4 years now...I am 55...I took in 6 empty bottles (the big ones) and bought 6 of the spring water. The young man working there was unfriendly and didn't even OFFER to carry the bottles outside for me. Shameful.

My wife and I have been going to Glenbriar Water‘s for seven years now when we first went there we bought a refurbished water cooler we are still using it it works perfectly still and there’s three choices of water you can get reverse osmosis spring water and distilled water it’s great very reasonably priced as well they know their customers by name. glenbriar has a deal on right now for December 7 eighth and ninth if you put $100 on your account you get $25 free so I did that today and I realize something my wife and I have been coming to the store for seven years and they still have never put their prices up. I think this is literally the only place in Canada that haven’t raised their prices through the same prices as seven years ago I think that means a lot and says a lot about the Company.
