Extremely amateur and unprofessional business in general and specifically the detail department. Had a booking for Saturday, showed up on time and was told 2 detailers called in sick. They neglected to call and inform me they could not fulfill my appointment. Several hours wasted that day due to their incompetence.Rescheduled for Monday and to my dismay returned to find that the vehicle was not washed correctly. I had the front end girl who knows nothing about vehicles or detailing tell me this was only worth $10 off. Decided to have a look with another 'manager' which she told that she offered a $10 discount. After inspection he offered $10.00 off and another wash which was not satisfactory.I will never return to this shady business and would have been better off taking my vehicle to a Petro Canada a soft cloth wash for a fraction of the price. Biggest waste of time at $90.00 ever spent. Buyer beware, you don't even get what you pay for at this business. Pathetic, I will be seeking a charge back on my credit card for services not properly rendered.

Wayne & the team did a great job getting me into a car I love. Felt like they were fair and not trying to just get me into a car and out the door. Definitely would recommend!!

Recently bought a used car here. The car was supposed to be detailed when I picked it up. Spots and film all over the exterior and the interior was covered in food stains and crumbs from the previous owner. They didn’t even bother to try to clean the stains on the roof interior I pointed out when viewing and was assured would be fixed.My purchasing experience was frustrating. Extra charged snuck in on the bill of sale and changes to promises made throughout negotiations. Discovered I was overcharged for the warranty I purchased after signing. Not overly stoked.

Not as advertised. They didn't clean cupholders and left dirt streaks all over the body. Lots of missed areas that I feel like should've gotten more attention. Overall just not a detailed" detail

Phenomenal!!! I just loved their detailing services. Great customer service...my car came out very neat and clean.. I have just tried their regular detailing services and the results are exceptional at such affordable prices. I would surely come back to gt motor sports for all my car detailing needs. They have a customer for life. Thank you!

Luke was great! SO nice to my family. Tried to keep me the loop as best as he could. Was as fast of a process as it could have been. Everyone else at this shop was extremely nice as well. My dad will definitely be sending people this way :)

Great customer service! Polite employees. Very affordable as compared to others who charge much more for the same services. They do not compromise with the quality. By far the best detailer I have been to. I would definitely recommend my closed ones to visit them for all their car detailing needs. No hidden charges. Full transparency. My car was released within the said time. I did not have to wait unnecessarily for long hours. Good Job.
