I understand it was 5 minutes till close but I just wanted one item and instead of the lady telling me it was closed she locked the door in my face and ignored me and let other people out. A simple I’m so sorry but we are closing would’ve been nice. That’s why I don’t come here their selection sucks.

I’m never coming back to the store again. On google their store hours say they close at 7 pm therefore I came at 6:38 pm thinking I could get what I needed. At 6:47 pm a man starting yelling at me telling me to cash out and I explained I wasn’t ready yet. He lied about his POS system automatically closing at 6:45 pm and by the end of talking to him, I left the things I had already picked because I’m not spending money where the staff is telling me I have 30 seconds to buy something or I’m getting nothing at all. Rude and unprofessional!! Change your store hours and staff if they don’t want to stay until closing. I can see by the reviews that this has been an issue for other people as well.

Whoever sees “Family Ties & Catherine Balgrove” review should know it’s the same person on those accounts and she stole property from the store when she didn’t get her way in those false claims she’s made against the store. She made a scene and lied about her identity because she found a receipt from November and thought she could get some money out of it. Don’t believe everything you read.

I chose to support local business however, the customer service is terrible. Their policy for electrical tools is not consistent. They'll sell you something that doesn't work to get the sale and then can't return it or exchange. Their products are expired and have been on the shelf too long. I'd no longer would give them my business and I suggest no one else should either.

Prior to me editing their store hours, this location stated on Google and their signage on the door that they close at 9:00pm BUT they lock the doors at 8:40pm. I have never been to any other location nor any other store that implements this policy. For that reason I will no longer be shopping at this location. Imagine rushing to a store to get a last minute item only to be disappointed with such a ludacris rule. If you advertise that you close at 9pm the earliest you should close your establishment is 8:59pm.

The worst customer service ever, the online says it’s open till 9 and you reach there 8:45, they close the door 15 min early and don’t even let you in, you ask for manager no one comes out and right at 9 the staff leaves the store and tells 3 loyal customers that their store is officially closes at 8:45 that they forgot to change it online, but door sign also said closes at 9. Well definitely after this incident they lost 3 customers . Same on them

By law, these people are required to have a public washroom. My 3 year old had to use the washroom and I was told that she could use their private one. The Asian man said sorry, he is not sorry. How can these people let a child suffer?! I will not shop here again. I will make sure to use my credit and that’s it. Disgusting.

DO NOT buy bottled products from this location. They are watering them down and repackaging them.I had a friend buy me this bottle of black soap yesterday. The labeling is off and the soap is extremely watered down.

The selection is small and their hours aren’t correct. For folks traveling long distances, having truthful business hours posted would be helpful. Arrived at 8:20 pm one night to be rushed out by 8:30 pm. They close at 8:30 pm Monday to Friday while their hours state 9:00 pm.

Went there today for the first time to look around, huge selection on hair wigs, hair extensions and wefts, different brands such as European, Remy, and Yaki brands maybe even more available. Decently priced too.Customer service was on-point from 3 ladies working there.It was a one-stop shop, they have hair care, make-up, lashes, nails, hair masks etc...I can keep going on, everything is affordable.I will be back for more.Thank you.
