Absolutely HORRIBLE. AVOID living in any property they manage. They are super rude, and only talk on the phone by yelling or hanging up on you. Don't care about your comfort or living conditions, only money. Especially Marnie.

DO NOT recommend!! Very unprofessional and rude. Specially the manager marnie apsouris. You'd expect better from the top but honestly its gets worst.

We have dealt with Brenda Currie and her team for over 6 years at the building we're in, and we can't say enough great things about her. She has always treated us very well, showing genuine concern when something has needed fixing in our suite. I have always been able to count on her getting back to me on weekends and holidays, which has meant a lot.The market being what it is, Brenda and her team need to be commended for their knowledge and expertise in navigating through it all. We would always be more than happy to count on Brenda for helping us find the right place to live.

Maxine Campbell with home life is a nightmare. I find her to extremely rude. This company recently took over the building and ever since they have it’s just been a nightmare with her. All the negative reviews about this company is exactly what is it. This company is a joke and none of these ppl should be in a management position.

I have been dealing with Victoria Flack from Homelife for a few years now, she is amazing to deal with. I highly recommend her with all your rental needs! Great response times, and truly cares about the people in all the rental properties she manages. Great gal!

I got my place 3 days ago and so far the wifi hasn’t worked the washer hasn’t worked I have water coming up through the floors when you turn the shower on and I got stuck in the elevator. I don’t recommend renting from this company

Would give zero stars if I could! Please do not rent from homelife or use them as your property manager etc. It is impossible to get a hold of property manager and/or property manager’s assistant. I have waited months for a response via text etc. I moved into current place over a year ago we were told that the carpets would be professionally cleaned and the ducts would be cleaned out (neither of those things got done), our dishwasher still isn’t mounted, kitchen was disgusting and had dishes and cups when we moved in. I advice you to stay far far away from homelife company

The most unprofessional home purchasing experience in my life. Agent was more interested in making commission on the current tenant then showing me the home. How they stay in business amazes me. Definitely go to a more mainstream company if you wanted to he treated like a human being.

Go to the Chilliwack Rentals page and take a look at the properties Homelife manages. The one at 46110 Reece Ave. is particularly bad. They want $1600/m for a two bedroom basement suite in a less than desirable neighbour hood with dirty looking, popcorn ceilings, a gross, mouldy, dated bathroom with filthy baseboards and old, broken blinds on every window. They obviously don’t care about maintaining their properties and it’s all about making money. As a landlord, I can understand why so many tenants hate us. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have lived in my new (overly priced) apartment for a month now. The lack of contact from the manager has been absolutely astonishing. The dishwasher hasn’t been able to be turned on, the heat in the living room does not work (during the coldest winter we’ve seen in years - love this for me), and they still have yet to send me my documents I’d asked for prior to even moving in. Still have no idea how they’ll get their money from me next month since they seem to not want my banking information.The building I was moving into had zero notice or clue I was moving in, they were SHOCKED to see me moving in on my move-in day.I’ve attempted to call the tenant manager of the company 7 days ago, and still have gotten zero contact from them when I left a voicemail.Just… go with someone else.
