Good place to work

Just about the worst insurance company in Canada. I got into an accident coming out of the Esso car wash on Austin and Bromley Avenue in Coquitlam British Columbia I damaged my truck Rim Fender and bumper on a pole very low speed impact so there wasn't a lot of damage they refused my claim even though I had a witness and the right to go after them for the damages David harstone is about the biggest waste of company money ot there. Congratulations on being an absolute joke David and the company don't ever grow with this company and 711 and a so I'm ashamed to say that you're even associated with this company all three of you guys are jokes

I was in a car accident on Wednesday April 28th. Today is Monday May 3rd. The accident was at no fault to me as the car was stopped at a red light. The lady behind did not stop causing excessive damage to the rear end Information was exchanged. The accident was reported. On Thursday..one day after the accident my insurance company reached out stating I should have a rental car by that afternoon. I received a claim number and the name of the adjuster and the company being Crawford. Today its been 6 days. No rental car. No communication from the adjuster even after I have sent her emails and voicemail. I've been completely ghosted. To top it all off I've been in and out of hospital for the past 6 months and had an appt today in Oakville with a specialist I've waited months for. Im from Hamilton and left stranded . I've cried over this. You treat animals better than this. Avoid this company and save yourself a headache

Terrible took 3 months to get my insurance money for a trip especially during a rough time for everyone and they can’t get peoples money? Selfish and unprofessional and are making my life a struggle when it doesn’t need to be.

Zero professionalism, zero communication. Literally had to escalate complaints to get a hold of anyone there.

Poor customer service, never answer phone calls!

The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. These people are monsters. I can't imagine how dead inside you must be to work for a company like this.

Was treated so poorly and unfairly by Joyce Wilson and her supervisor Gail Abraham. It’s been a month of trying to get a hold of them once Joyce was assigned my case (No fault accident. My car was written off) it’s been a complete headache and stress to get a hold of her. Finally got a hold of her she was talking over me and hung up. Then continued to email me apologizing for her actions. Never have I been treated so poorly and unprofessional. I find it truly heartbreaking people get stuck in these positions when it’s not their fault and then people like Joyce make it harder and an even more traumatic experience for them.
