Riverdale Homeopathy Clinic and Homeopathic Dispensary

I am going to this place to buy homeopathic remedies as they sell Boiron remedies. The staff are careless and simply try to sell something to you without looking at the consequences. I asked for China Officinalis they gave Cinchona officinalis saying both are same. I asked for Mercurius Hydrargirum, they gave me Mercurius Solubilis, saying both are same but they are not same. They are different remedies. Simply Boiron doesn't market China Officinalis and Mercurius Hydrargirum mean the other remedy is same as this. Based on this you can also assume what type of practitioners are they. I bought them and did not use them or throwed them away, even if I use them sometimes complications occur leading to sufferings and spoil the constitution. Either they think the person asking for the remedy is ignorant to take whatever they give. Unless they change this attitude of simply selling something to fool the customers I do not recommend this clinic to anyone even for consultations with practitioners. They do not work during weekends and this place is not close to a highway, lot of city downtown traffic and waste of time. It is a headache to go there during weekdays.

I saw Pascaline Phillips at the clinic and it was awful. She diagnosed me at the first appointment, suggested I purchase over $250 worth of supplements, some of which are not sold in Canada and one which is illegal here. After taking what she prescribed I had significant adverse reactions including heart palpitations, acid reflux, stomach issues, hormone imbalance resulting in a missed period and weight gain. She then advised blood work was required to accurately diagnose me.Blood work should have been done before reaching a conclusion on a diagnosis and prescribing me anything. After seeing her and following her professional" advise

Even is far for me I keep buying from this homeopathy shop. Remedies are good, service is good, friendly staff. When I was even more far I request shipping and it was fast and great packed.This remedies are way more affordable than any other store I try to purchase even after shopping or driving there.They also have a way to curve pick up after hours and it's the best for some people like me, that I work all day.Thank you :)

It happened twice ! I ordered online for liquid remedy but got the globules. I ordered Mother Tincture but got the water dilution. After waiting for two weeks i got the wrong item , then when pointed the mistake I was told they can resend on payment or return the item first. This time I got a cracked bottle and loss of money. I was an old customer for last 4years. NO MORE

I will rate this 0 not worth dealing with this company. its a fraud. They never ask the permission form the main person. Without my knowledge my father brought me medicine. I ask what is it for. after taking the pill i got sick. The doctor could have said without him i cant give. By the way doctors are no suppose to give individuals privacy matter even to family members. I am just pretending to eat. but throwing them out. And on the container their is no ingredients. its better to eat from the nature that you know that is good . Making money.... Never trust doctors period.

The medicines I bought before were made in Germany by Dr. Reckeweg and used to be 90% alcohol content (photo attached) which I am used to for the last 50 years. To my surprise, now they carry watered down liquids from a couple of Canadian companies. Before buying, please check the package or label to make sure what alcohol content you are getting.Can't comment on the doctor(s) as I have not visited any of them.

Worst customer service. Staff is rude and unorganized. Sounds like they hate their job.

Very Helpful. They ordered a remedy for me from England several years ago which has saved my life. I am alive and well after a diagnosis of 4th stage cancer many years ago. Thanks for being there!

I had a very good experience any dissatisfaction was solely due to delays at ISC Chicago which was beyond their control.Excellent customer services and medicines were dispensed on time 5 out of 5 points for their service.
