Our whole family has been coming to see David and all the wonderful staff here since the late 1990's. I have family from Europe as well who have shopped here. Both of my daughters have beautiful pieces from here that they will cherish forever abd wear daily; some pieces were purchased new, some pieces created from older heirlooms, heirlooms serviced and some created from drawings of their own inspiration. Troy Shoppe is always honest and helpful and willing to please. I tell everyone I know who is ever in need of fine, personal service to shop here - whatever your price point. I'll actually be in very shortly as I have a March birthday in the family. :-)

I am typing this review from the truck, in the parking lot, as I couldn’t wait.Amazing service, outstanding diamonds and owned 100% by a local Calgary family. We went in looking for diamond earrings and were treated from start to finish as customer royalty. The team at Troy got to know us, answered all our million questions and when we did invest in new earrings we know we made the right choice.Five out of five stars on a Saturday afternoon.Thank you David and team!!

If you are looking for a great place to go for jewellery, this is the spot. The staff is very friendly and open to all questions. The selection of everything from diamonds to other semi precious stones is large. I'm currently getting a custom made engagement ring and it's not breaking the bank. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They do take care of cleaning jewellery and watch repair.

Our go-to shop for custom jewelry. My mom and sisters all had their wedding rings designed by David and our experience with him lived up to the hype. My engagement ring is beautiful, David worked with us every step of the way and I couldn't be more pleased. The polishing and maintenance services are also fantastic and quick.

Troy Shoppe has helped my wife and I mark all our relationship milestones - engagement, marriage and having a family. David (the owner) has always been honest, well-priced and good at giving us what we were looking for.It is not as cheap as the chain jewelry stores, but you won't regret stopping in to this place as you get a better product and way more personalized service. Highly recommended!

I specifically chose Troy Shoppe Jewellers to redesign my wedding rings. David is amazing. My husband purchased a new center diamond in celebration of our 25 year anniversary. I wanted to use my old diamonds along with the new fancy yellow diamond. I described my vision and with his recommendations I ended up with a gorgeous set of rings. I am thrilled and find myself admiring the setting. It is well made and am so happy. The icing on the cake was they worked hard at completing them in time for Christmas. Thank you to all the staff !!

After a search going in every jewelry store in the city, we settled on Troy Shoppe for an engagement ring. They had such a unique selection and it was hard to look beyond those HOF diamonds. Their staff was super friendly and helpful and made the experience fun. We trusted them and enjoyed the shop so much we went back for a custom wedding band as well, which we were happy with. Highly recommend checking them out!

David and Denise were amazing! They helped me surprise me fiance with exactly the ring she wanted but didnt have the words to describe. They helped me interpret her descriptions of things she liked and build a custom ring based on a previous design they had made. It is delicate and elegant but solid. Most importantly my fiance really loves it. Before the design was finalized, I suggested she go in to Troy to have a different ring she owned repaired and the team at Troy was fantastic about being sneaky at getting her ring size and other details about what she liked. The communication was great and they even got me the ring within a fairly tight time frame. Thanks to everyone at Troy!

My partner and I wanted to recreate old jewelry that we no longer wear, into something spectacular. Jewelry of past trends, relationships, styles, all in two gorgeous rings to say that we can move forward with each other while embracing the past.As always, David helped us choose our styles and created magnificent rings for us.This is not the first time he has recreated or created rings for my partner.David is clear about he can and can't do, he is a 'designer' as our ring designs are unique and commented on by the public frequently. We highly recommend this store for design, price, quality and the staff that work here. You are the BEST.
