This is by far the best chatime I have been too and I’ve been to a lot of Chatime’s. They’re drinks and pearls and so good and consistent and the staff are very nice! So excited New Glasgow finally has boba!!

We had the signature milk tea with pearls, Taiwan Mango QQ and the hazelnut chocolate. All were delicious, the milk tea was a favorite. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. We'll go back again!

What a delight to discover this nice little tea house in New Glasgow.Staff were friendly and very skilled in the preparation of our teas.If you love Bubble Tea, this is definitely the place to go.

Had a great visit with a friend. Staff are friendly and quality of drinks are great. Recommend giving it a try. Diverse menu. Very happy a bubble tea location is here. Had the classic Jasmine Green Milk Tea with pearls, no ice, 30% sweetness and coconut. I've had bubble tea in different parts of the world and this was on par. My friend agreed! Pleasant discovery!

It was a pleasure going there for my first time today. Although the drink was for someone else, the store is fantastic, the staff member was pleasant and accurate. I’ll be back!

My friend took me here for the first time just a couple weeks ago. I was nervous as there was so much choice and I did not know what I was doing or how to order anything there but the staff were really helpful. I usually get the banana chocolate smoothie with pearls now and enjoy it a lot. It's a comfort consumable for myself :) The place is nice, clean, bright, and has a comfortable vibe. Highly recommend you try this if you've not done so yet, keep an open and curious mind, no expectations, think of it as an adventure! Yum yum. ♡

Great customer service, Moved here recently and happy I found another Bubble Tea place! I always get the Taro Smoothie with added sugar, tastes great.
