Dunlop Truck Centres Medicine Hat

Very fast, came in on a Sunday. Able to diagnose on an international even though thier focus is western star!

I was rolling in to Medicine Hat on Jan 22.18 about 3pm with a engine problem.I called 3 local dealerships and was told NONE of them could look at my truck , I found Dunlops number and called, Chris the service manager said come on in .I arrived at his shop at 3.30 they hooked up the computer and found the problem . They took me in in the next morning, replaced the bad injector . Amanda in warranty ....Chris the shop Manager went over and beyond...Would recommend this shop 100% :)

Nice place tech guy very professional

Husband was broken down with air pressure issues. The lady that was on call out was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, patient and very courteous while he figured the problem and needed to replace parts. She waited while he fixed what he needed to and was more than helpful when he needed to switch out extra parts. Also, made sure he was fixed and had everything he needed prior to leaving. 100% excellent service. Strongly recommend to go there if experiencing any heavy truck issues!! 5 Stars!!! Unfortunately, he cannot remember her name. But it was August 22nd call out at 12:30 PM and she was amazing. All he had to do was give his serial number and she provided everything he needed. Give that girl a raise!
