A few weeks ago I walked in with my dog to find something for her teeth as she has a lot of build up. One of the two wonderful ladies working there recommended a product which was awesome! Also their customer service was perfect. Truly a great experience over all.

.,I come here once a week, Sometimes, I see the staff are quiet and just mind their work. unless I need something, I would ask and they're quite helpful.. most of the time, they don’t greet people who come in like normal retail store workers should do..in regard to their products, they have lots of selections for dogs and cats. However, for little pets, they have a few.. once in a while, I see couple of cats in the cages for adoption too..

Rude dismissive passive aggressive staff. Spent a decent chunk of change this year on my dog and they can’t even throw my dog a treat when my dog sits and waits nicely. A male behind the counter even said to my dog once “buy more and I’ll give you your treat”. Disgusting attitudes all around and because of that I will never return to this store.

LOVE this pet valu!!! Whenever I come in I am always greeted politely, my pup is welcome as well! The manager here is fantastic, if I ever needed anything (even out of stock) she always refers to something similar or to another location. Overall great service.

I was pleasantly surprised by how big this pet valu store is! Very nice store that is well laid out. They have a pretty decent selection of pet bird supplies.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, the staff is always friendly. I went in to get some wet food and mentioned my cat was throwing up after eating her dry food, the associate suggested a single protein kibble and she hasn’t thrown up since! I will definitely be returning.

Staff were very rude, and frankly very miserable. No eye contact. No offer for assistance. No treat for my very good girl pup. Will be taking my money to other shops on Roncy that actually appreciate their customers. Please consider hiring new staff. It might save your business.
