Amazing customer service!! We needed new keys for our truck and Gene was able to help us out for a very reasonable price. He was very pleasant and to top it off he even brought me a coffee when he came for the install!AND it’s always great knowing your supporting local! ☺️

Had such an amazing experience with Fort McMurray Locksmith. I got home from picking my children up from school to discover my keypad lock wasn't working. I called them and they had someone over super quickly and got my door open very fast too! The staff were so friendly and helpful and surprised me with an incredible act of kindness by not even charging me for their service! I highly recommend this company. Also discovered they cut keys so will be heading down to have keys cut for my new lock!

Amazing people!!!!I lost my mailbox key, and called to get it replaced. They fit me in right away, and the price was very reasonable. Upon them arriving I had found my lost key I was looking for for a month.I was prepared to pay for their time coming out , and they waived the charge.Very respectful and generous.I 100% recommend this company

Fastest and best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I locked my keys in my car and he happened to be in the same building as me when I called for help. They answered the phone immediately and within 5 minutes I had my keys back. I truly appreciated the help and authentic customer service. Thank you!

Amazing experience with this business. Ran into a situation where we lost our mail keys for our apartment. We put a request in for a quote with Fort McMurray Locksmith and within 5 minutes we had a call asking questions and scheduling the visit.The owner himself was in the area and asked if we would like help right away. So within 20 minutes of putting the request for quote in, we already had access to our mailbox & new key. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! Gene has helped me out a number of times with our rental property in Fort McMurray. He's quick to respond and has helped me re-key locks and get into the house when we've lost keys. He's gone above and beyond, helping replace dead batteries on door locks and thermostats and he's even restarted the furnace for us when our security system has alerted us that the furnace shut down in the middle of winter. Gene is my first call when we need a reputable locksmith in Fort Mac!

Excellent customer service from Fort McMurray Locksmith! Quick response to text messages, punctual, and friendly.I was prepared to replace the entire front door handle/deadbolt mechanism. Gene explained that the problem with my front door could be fixed at a fraction of the cost. I appreciated his honesty.
