Have been working out at Milesfit for three months. My strength has increased so much and I’ve done it all without re-injuring my back which has not been the case in the past when I’ve worked out elsewhere! My trainer, the awesome Rachel, listens to what motivates me and creates dynamic workouts which I really love! I do mostly in person workouts, but when I’m travelling Rachel joins me on zoom and puts me through a body weight workout in my hotel room! Super happy with Milesfit and Rachel!!

A friend and I did semi-private training at Milesfit over the last few months--a new experience for both of us-- and it's been great. All the trainers we've worked with have been knowledgeable and attentive, with a lot of focus on correct form and building good habits. I've learned a lot (tried powerlifting for the first time!) and always felt the trainers had a good balance of being mindful of my ability level while consistently challenging me.

I’ve been going to Milesfit since last spring and really enjoying my experience (so far with three different trainers). If you want diet advice (I didn’t) this is also available. The gym is clean, has ample equipment for the number of sessions going on, and the trainers are knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!

I would recommend working out at Milesfit in a heartbeat! I was so afraid of taking this step forward, and Miles definitely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and excited to start my fitness journey. At Milesfit your 1:1 trainer is also your coach, nutritionist and #1 fan! My program is personalized towards my goals, and in the last 7 weeks I've seen (and felt) incredible results. I've learnt not only good form at the gym, but Miles has helped me develop better habits outside the gym. Miles is encouraging, and gets excited with me when I hit new PRs. You never feel like you're just another client. He's helped me develop a healthy relationship with nutrition and fitness, that's about being maintainable, that fits into my life. I'm so excited to continue working out at Milesfit!In addition, I think Milesfit is the place I feel the safest to go to during COVID! They've gone above and beyond to ensure everyones safety. 10/10 would recommend :)

Fantastic experience with Miles ! Not your typical coach, his data driven approach combined with his deep fitness knowledge provides a unique experience. He is going to help you reach your fitness goals, I am so close to reach mine. He found workarounds for me to train even with an injury.Overall I am very happy with the results, the downside is that you are not going to have anything that fits you anymore in your wardrobe. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my experience at Milesfit! My trainer Aya can tell my muscle limit precisely, and decides when it’s good time to reduce training load or to push my comfort level. She is also excellant at explaining to me how each exercise would benefit and strengthen my body. Beyond these two points, she is also reasonably flexible with her schedule and always replies to appointment changes right away. She is warm and open, we can chat about life casually during training process.I’ve never received any professional fitness training before Milesfit, but I can say for certain that this is a very positive start. I feel tangibly stronger with my arms and legs. Would recommend to any friends who want to find private training!

I have worked with Miles Krol as my personal trainer for several years and I am very glad I began to train with him and that I continue to keep at it. I had wanted to work out for many years but as an older beginner, I was unsure where to start. When I encountered Miles on a YouTube post, I felt encouraged to give it a try because of his enthusiastic and welcoming message. Miles is motivating, non-judgemental, and an easy person to be with. I felt comfortable right from the beginning. Miles' expertise is evident to me as our workout sessions are carefully designed for my training needs. Miles is also very knowledgeable in nutrition which has helped me enormously. I particularly love the studio. It is small and private, which I really appreciate. I would recommend Milesfit to anyone wanting to get into shape but unsure where to begin. You will feel comfortable, welcomed, and so much better once you begin!!

Excellent admin service where they pair you with certified trainers to help achieve your goals and they have great support for older folks or people with physical restrictions. Trainer Tristan has been a blast to work with and I would recommend him to others.

My daughter and I have been working out with Miles for the last 6 months. Miles is a phenomenal trainer and coach. He has helped us to reach great levels of health and fitness that I could not have reached without his training and motivation. I enjoy the sessions and am definitely much stronger since I started with Miles. I highly recommend Mikes Fitness for a personalized, effective approach to fitness!"

I’ve been at Miles fit for more than 2 years and I have had different private trainers. I thought they were all very good, very professional, very knowledgeable, and the workout routines were very good. I liked the personalized training sessions that were geared toward my weaknesses. I was able to improve my core muscles and posture. Also, the trainers are very flexible with their schedules.I definitely recommend Miles fit.
