I’m very thankful for this team. Pandemic hit my business really hard falling from its knees. But I had to be resilient and figure out some changes that needs to be made to adapt which was really hard to figure and accept. Luckily, I found this team and helped me understand the importance in changing a lot of things in our operations. Now we’re back stronger and growing. This team had done a really awesome work. I do not recommend this service. We tried implementing & it was a joke. We were sold on stateside customer care agents and the agents ended up being in India call centers. The FAQ page they built was mediocre. The night before go live they sent me an invoice demanding payment - this should have been a sign. Go with an established company in the space. They will sell you that they are a much bigger firm than they are. We shut down within hours of going live to save our business the embarrassment.

This company lives by its values. Staff are accommodating and very professional.My business operation went really well with the help of omnie. I'm really glad that I have learned about this company as it helped me a lot in growing my business as it has performed a lot of great solutions in bridging some gaps in our processes as well as innovating our workflow. Manpower was as well really difficult back then and they have helped me tremendously in dealing with this problem. Glad to have been doing business with you guys! Great work team!
