Without Victoria Community Acupuncture, I don't know if I would've recovered from Lyme disease, let alone even survived it. The practitioners there - and every single one I encountered and worked with was exemplary - make you feel at home, listen and offer the deepest care. Hayley is an excellent acupuncturist, nutritionist, and all around wonderful person. Erin does acupuncture with the most kind, healing and gentle touch I've ever encountered, and her Chinese herbalist knowledge is tremendous. Jacquie Lynn is like a Swiss Army Knife of healing - Reiki master beyond compare, energy practitioner of great wisdom and endurance, intuitive massage on another level, humble and devoted foot reflexologist, creative aromatherapist...and if you want to pamper yourself or give someone a memorable gift, her spa treatments will make you feel brand new. And Jolene, the lovely owner, is such a joy to speak with, so down to earth, plus she makes some truly beautiful herbal & home care products. The space itself is peaceful, inviting, refreshing, with ever changing art adorning the interior. It's pretty rare to find so much greatness in one spot. Victoria is very fortunate to have VCA.

This place is amazing! I was new to Victoria and saw there sign and walked in, I was greeted by Hayley and she was so lovely and very informative, I immediately booked in with her and she is by far the best acupuncturist I have ever been to. She is so knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease from the moment you walk in. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing treatment. Such a talented and genuine soul, I always enjoy my treatments and chats!!

I don't usually leave reviews unless something was like, amazing. And let me tell you, my hot stone massage with Heather was just that. I had never been to Victoria Community Acupuncture before, but from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out I felt comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Massage is such a great relaxation tool, and you're in great hands with Heather. Having the hot stones was such a unique treat, and for a really amazing price. I'll be back!

Rachel is a great acupuncturist and the atmosphere of this establishment is extremely relaxing, despite being so close to downtown Victoria. I get treatments here every 6-8 weeks and highly recommend it to anyone who needs care for various body pains or ailments.

It was my first time getting an acupuncture treatment and I was a little nervous. Joleen did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and asking different questions to make sure the treatment would be personalized for me. I had such an awesome experience!

What a great health wellness centre ! I have been here two times recently to get treated by both Rachel and Karin for some acupuncture therapy.So far, it has helped quite a bit.Both of them are very kind and patient to accomplished the right results for me I would highly recommend them.

I have probably been to a minimum of 9 acupuncturists for a variety of issues over the course of 9 years. I say that to say, I'm pretty familiar with acupuncture & the many techniques that accompany it. For 7 out of those 9 years, my dominant complaint was pain, heaviness, & limited mobility to my right shoulder. The issue would resolve for about a year, then come back- mimicking frozen shoulder. As a registered nurse, I knew the trials & tribulations of rotator cuff surgery, as well as the contraindicated risks of chronic pharma consumption. Thus, my main priority revolved around a more holistic alternative.Approximately 2 weeks ago, I was traveling to Victoria, when suddenly, I was unable to move my right arm. The immobility & pain almost put a damper on the trip. Luckily, the owner of Victoria Community Acupuncture & Spa, Joleen Kraft, managed to squeeze me in for a last minute emergency acupuncture appointment.There are no words that can, in totality, describe Joleen. Her knowledge & expertise surpassed any service I could imagine. It is safe to say that out of every acupuncturist I’ve been to, Joleen is my number one. With only 1 treatment, she helped my severe pain subside & gave me back my mobility. You never realize how limiting a shoulder hindrance is until you can’t use your shoulder. My leisure joys include Tennis & Kickboxing, so being able to continue doing what I love is of the utmost importance.As a Healthcare Professional, there is nothing I love more than when a practitioner can formulate a diagnosis without me telling them all the details. Not only did Joleen help my shoulder, she also informed me that I had gallbladder impediments that needed to be dealt with.I loved Joleen so much, I promised myself that if I did not find a good practitioner in Vancouver, I would be forced to take a grueling weekly ferry ride just for her services. Fortunately, I was able to find a practitioner in Vancouver, although I will say, Joleen’s treatment was 100% painless. I honestly don't know how she did it. It was the only acupuncture appointment that was completely painless.I recommend Joleen to anyone looking for a surgical alternative to whatever physical or emotional ailment you are suffering with. I assure you, you won’t be disappointed.
