Very happy with our black chain link fence! Corina was absolutely phenomenal to work with and helped guide me through the process of everything when it came to getting a permit and locating our property pins. She was super friendly, responsive, professional, and informative. The guys that did our fence did an excellent job! Dealt with John over the phone a few times and he was very friendly as well. Overall, very very happy with arrow fence. Worth every penny! Will definitely recommend to everyone who is looking to put up a fence.P.S. our newfoundland absolutely approves of it! Lol

Had a great experience with Arrow Fence putting in an ornamental iron fence for our backyard. They were booked out a bit but they stuck to the original timeline quoted and finished the job quickly (from start to finish done in 2 days). I got quotes from about 8 different fence companies and Arrow was the best price for quality based on reviews. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Would certainly recommend. Great price, great install, and even better customer service. Nothing bad to possibly say. Corina was wonderful to work with. I contacted arrow fence, along with a few other businesses to get a quote for a fence at our new house. We were moving and needed a fence ASAP for our dog to be able to run around our backyard. Corina at Arrow was so incredibly responsive, helpful, friendly, polite and really made the experience as simple as possible. From navigating city permit approvals to coordinating overall planning and installation, Corina was fabulous. Arrow was at our house on move in day (with very short notice) and got our fence put up super fast and we couldn't be happier with it. If you value customers service and quality I recommend Arrow for your fencing needs.

I'll shout from the rooftops how awesome this company is! Corina was awesome, and so was her entire crew.Corina came out and gave us an estimate and even gave our two dogs each a tennis ball! Which of course we saved for them once the fence was complete. Corina was super responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.Brandon was one of the crew members who put up the fence and to be honest, I didn't think the fence would have been completed as quick as it was! Not to mention it looks amazing. It really adds to the look of our property! Of course the dogs love it as well. They've been very tired from throwing their tennis balls around.If you're looking for a fence! Just go with these guys!

Came out and quoted same day. They understood we just moved and we had dogs and were looking to get fence installed asap. Gave us time frame of three weeks which was faster than anyone else we had quote installation, but they actually beat their own installation estimate by two weeks. Yeps, thats right, they came out and installed the very next week. Arrow is small enough to give you the personable feel that you get from working with a small business, but big enough to have a professional stream lined process. Great company, definately go with Arrow.

This company is amazing Corina took care of everything for us and the guys that installed our vinyl fence are professional and detailed oriented. I could not be more pleased.I highly recommend this company excellent service and fair pricing.

Our backyard neighbors used Arrow and their fence looks amazing! We had a fence that was in embarrassingly bad shape. It kept falling over because that area of our yard gets a lot of water and we have heavy clay soil. Arrow uses steel posts that go 4' into the ground, to the height of the fence. We will never have to worry about a rotted fence again! We are so happy that our small association decided to use Arrow after seeing the work they did for our neighbor. We no longer have to be embarrassed by our fence. I can't tell you how many times I've walked to the window, just to look at the beautiful fence. Every single person we communicated with at Arrow were professional, friendly and very respectful. I find that customer service has not been a priority for too many companies lately. That is not the case with Arrow.

Highly recommend Arrow fence if your in the market for a fence. After getting multiple quotes from other companies the professionalism and communication from John made us feel most comfortable they would get the job done correctly and on time as our schedule was very critical. Boy were we surprised, John got us on the schedule right away and the crew did an amazing job. We are very happy.

My bid was increased by $2000 by an unprofessional sales person:1.) The first visit Corina let me know that she would cover permitting costs and filing. Over a 2 month period I had to remind her 2 times that she told me she was doing the permitting (even though it was stated on the bid and in email at a later date after the first reminder).2.) I asked about financing and wasn’t given any terms/APR. I was directed to their website where there is a link to their partnership with Wells Fargo. The Wells Fargo page it brings you to only asks you for you SSN and gives no details of the terms. I would never give out my SSN without knowing terms of financing.3.) After waiting over a month, Corina visiting my home 5 times (for what reason it needed to be that many visits I don’t know) and finally figuring out the permitting snafu I received a phone call from Corona asking “do you want the back part of your yard fenced?” To better visualize this, imagine a random fence sticking out the side of the house and not being connected to anything on the other end… this makes no sense so of course I responded with “yes”. She stated that she had it in her original sketch that they would be doing the back part of the yard, but did not add that part to the quote in the linear footage, so the price would increase. She didn’t know the cost of the increase, so she emailed me later that evening to let me know that my project was going to cost an addition $2000 if I wanted to move forward.I’ve heard amazing things about this company and would love for them to install a fence, but I will not let Corina near this project anymore and would suggest you do the same.
