We had a leak in our hot tub. The repair was a significant undertaking that involved coordinating several people to lift the tub out (we have it set into our deck). Ben and his team did an excellent job. They worked quickly and safely and knew exactly what to look for and how to repair it.

We bought are tub from the st vital location off of Dave during the pandemic. He was easily one of the best people I have dealt with as a consumer. They delivered, and placed the tub as well as setup are stairs and lifter with the utmost respect for our plants and property. Even when we order chemicals we recieve them promptly. Over a year dealing with them and not a single complaint to be had.

Excellent experience.! Glad we made the choice to shop local and buy from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Manitoba.We are first time hot tub owners and so although we did extensive research nothing compares to a personal in store visit. These guys are top notch! We had already visited a few other competitors in the area, but Bill listened to what we were looking for and catered to our needs. He didn't try to up-sell us but gave us clear and concise information on all the options, new in-store, special order and used.We choose a used tub (J-460) simply because we had never had one and didn't want to commit the $$$ to a brand new hot tub. The one we choose had been fully serviced and tested by Jacuzzi Manitoba. They were asking what I feel was a fair price. They included delivery, a $300 chemical package and a warranty as well.Delivery was smooth. Clear instructions were provided to us and they did final electrical hook-up, fill and turn-up all in the same visit. I was enjoying a hot bubbly spa that same evening.!My one negative comment, nothing against Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Manitoba per se but was that I felt the financing lacked the detail I was expecting. Everything was done online through a 3rd party and I had to read through the contract several times to fully understand it.There was many positives as noted above. In addition Bill was always quick to email back answers to the many questions I had. I can honestly say that this was a great purchase from a great company.Thanks again Bill!

We bought two hot tub’s from this store,one for our house and the 2nd one for our cabin.Sig the sales manager is awesome and a stand up guy,but their after sales service is even better.Any issues even at the cabin were promptly resolved.Thanks Sig,warren and jacuzzi!

We bought our jacuzzi second hand from our friends. And even though we are not the original owners, the staff at the Madison location have been so very helpful. From getting us changed to the owners in the system and helping purchasesome replacement items for our model tub. Ben the service tech has successfully walked us through two error code fixes over the phone all in week 1! Definitely 5 star service!!

We just purchased our spa from David! Would 100% recommend going here and purchasing from David. Not once did we feel pushed to purchasing something, he was knowledgeable in the products and showed us an array of options that met our needs in various price ranges.
