I got my roof done for a more than fair price. It was raining they came out last minute and took care of me and my family. Looked at many companies and we found that these guys deliver a service unmatched or paralleled. Very happy with result and price. When we had our roof done in the past we had many issues with other companies and now that we found sunset roofing, we will use them for all our home repair needs.

These fine folks installed a new roof on our Vancouver home in January 2019. Rain and Christmas delayed the start a bit but other than that, a good result an an extremely competitive price. Pleasant and professional workers. Great cleanup. Took great care not to annoy our neighbours. Roof looks great. I recommend them.

The quote I received was more than fair and they made sure that I was satisfied with my new roof. Horrible experience with their roof installation! First they did not install the drains properly during the roof installation, so we had to call them back to fix it. Then they did not install the underlayment properly, so our roof has been leaking and rain dripping into our attic for 2 years. When we noticed the leak, we tried to contact the company and they said they will send someone, but we have been waiting for weeks and no one has shown up to do the repair.

They left some parts of the roof undone and have been unresponsive ever since. We've contacted them through several channels for 2 years now (email, text, phone) and they keep saying that they will swing by but never give an exact date. Additionally, you can't repair it yourself/through another party as it would void the warranty.Would not recommend.

They are friendly and pleasant enough but the job they did and the contract did not bare much resemblance to each other. They were cheep but it seems that you get what you pay for. My advice would be to not pay them until you are fully satisfied with the work. They said they would be back but have not come. I hope to get a few years out of my roof before I have it done competently. I don't think that they are intentionally trying to rip you off but the work was shoddy.
