Worst gym membership experience i ever got. Staff is not inviting! They don't greet members!! Dirty washrooms and smell so bad!! Towels are everywhere in changing area. not maintained in terms of cleanliness. Associates just talking to each other and doing nothing. Front desk is unattended most of the time. Online customer service people are trained to say its in your policy but they wont try to understand your situation. They don’t care as long as they have your money. Associates are incapable of explaining their policies during your sign up process. Most importantly machines are occupied all the time as they don’t have enough machines! So 1 hour gym session becomes 90 minutes!! If you looking for good gym where you get good services goodlife fitness is NOT FOR YOU.

had the pleasure of becoming a member at that location. Great staff , very clean amenities, well maintained equipment..But the best thing happened really were staff who are above and beyond. I was fortunate to meet with Ashley who accommodated my wish to complete the enrollment process as fast as possible as i am in a break and need to work out which was quite odd request, However Ashley was very patient , with a big smile she finished everything in 5 minutes, yest she was bale to explain membership clearly and rushed trainers to explain the complimentary assessment in seconds ..like why would the heck staff accommodate a crazy client. But they did with a smile, Thank you Ashley you are a real ambassador to GoodLife Fitness, Thank you Manager sorry i forgot the name for having an amazing team

The gym itself is great but I had a horrible experience re-signing up again as it wasted a lot of my time. I was polite and answered all the “mandatory” questions about my goals, but the sales person, Hardick, was really pushy and I said no I am not interested in additional personal training or group classes about 5 times because every other sentence he asked me again. When I kept pushing back and saying no he called over the gym manager, Nathan, to tell him that I was not willing to provide a date for him where I was available to attend a personal training session and the gym manager said a sarcastic comment to me. So I ended up signing up for the personal training and group classes so Hardick would activate my key tag for me and let me go home. After one hour of wasting my life I finally went home with my gym key tag. The other times I signed up the process was quicker and the sales people respected no as an answer.

Been here a couple of times, never was greeted at the front desk unless I was asking for a towel. The gym seems to be in maintained shape/tidy as for the weight areas, but I have noticed recently that cardio machines and some weight machines being out of order. The studios all seem to be clean and organized. Massage chairs seem to also only have 1 machine in fully operating condition. One big concern is the cleanliness of the men’s change room as there were towels, bottles and locker doors open everywhere. Honestly surprised on how clean the sauna room was after seeing the changing room. Parking situation is easy enough with the amount of parking located all around the building plus the underground parking garage. Sometimes being difficult only during busy operating hours

Love this GoodLife fitness location. Good parking facilities free of cost both indoor and outdoor, clean change rooms and staff with a smile welcoming you to the gym. It’s time Gyms focussed on customer service , satisfaction.Only negative ( not major) is staff calls you multiple times for a personal trainer in-spite of customer not really interested. Cheers guys! Good job!

GoodLife fitness has helped me with my mental health. The staff have been incredible to me and my family, consistently motivating us and keeping us on track. Ashley at the front desk has been a blessing to me as I have been trying to get more friends and family involved, and she has consistently helped explaining everything the gym has to offer in an efficient and timely manner. Schedules are busy so it is nice to have somebody that understands. Nick as a personal trainer has been excellent, not only does he push me hard but he is also a real person who talks to me, explains things, and keeps me interested and motivated every single workout. Nothing but love for this gym.
