The company sent 2 men for a job that was a one man job and charged us an exhorbitant amount to find a simple loose dishwasher hose. They charged almost $1000 to find this loose dishwasher hose and when I sent several emails enquiring why two men came they did not respond to my repeated emails. Then I phoned and left a kind message just asking them to please respond to my questions and they still have not responded. I don;t think that is a nice, nor professsional way to deal with people that have just paid you $1000. for what should have been a couple of hours of work.

Great company, highly professional and very respectful. They answered my inquiry quickly and came right away. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend that others use them as well
