In the peak of the winter storm, my furnace started to malfunction and lost heating in our home. Called the company that I was with and unfortunately my furnace is no longer within warranty and they could also not send anyone immediately to check so they recommended looking for someone local to inspect the issue.I tried to google HVAC repair near me and was immediately presented with a lot of choices. After reviewing all the user submitted reviews on DC Comfort Air, I called them and spoke with Dom.Dom took the time to explain to me the process. He is very professional and honest. Great experience- prompt reply, personal service (someone actually answered the phone before 7am)- when it says open 24 hours- that’s true. Dominic is dedicated and hard working. Long hours, available for his customers. Explained all the possible issues and options. No “selling” or gimmicks. Fixed the problem for a fair price. Would (and will be) recommending to others.

Quick and Responsive! Our furnace broke down at the worst time during the winter storm. Dominique and his crew were quick to respond and installed our new furnace immediately. He was thorough and pointed out the problems our original furnace had and the possible hazards it could bring. I am very happy with the service. Thank you!!!

Dominic came to my condo to perform maintenance on my HVAC system. My filter needed replacing and he kindly dropped one off within hours and even came late the same evening to install it - as it didn't quite fit. That's excellent customer service!

Dom & Andre came to our house after midnight, in the cold snap when no one else would. They were extremely helpful, & replaced our furnace. The heat was restored, & my family was so happy! They own up to their 24/7 service. Thank you DC Comfort!

Dom and his guys were great! They were able to come look at our AC a day after we called and installed a new machine within a few days. So far so good!

The tenants in my rental property in Oshawa had an emergency, & apparently the water heater was leaking all over the basement. I was not sure who to call that would go all the way to Durham, so I went onto Google. DC Comfort Air was the first recommended so I hired them. I'm not sure how, but Dom was able to replace the water heater the very same day & set it up on a rent to own basis which works perfectly for us. DC Comfort Air came through & saved us in a time of true need.
